Abstract

We investigate the algebraic structure of a recently proposed integrable t-J model with impurities. Three forms of the Bethe ansatz equations are presented corresponding to the three choices for the grading. We prove that the Bethe ansatz states are highest weight vectors of the underlying gl(2′1) supersymmetry algebra. By acting with the gl(2′1) generators we construct a complete set of states for the model.

Algebraic properties of the Bethe ansatz for an spl(2,1)-supersymmetric t−J model

Angela Foerster, Michael Karowski

Abstract We investigate the algebraic structure of the supersymmetric t−J model in one dimension. We prove that the Bethe ansatz states are highest-weight vectors of an spl(2,1) superalgebra. By acting with shift operators we construct a complete set of states for this model. In addition we analyse the multiplet structure of the anti-ferromagnetic ground state and some low-lying excitations. It turns out that the ground state is a member of a quartet.

Integrability of atJmodel with impurities

Jon Links, Angela Foerster

A t-J model for correlated electrons with impurities is proposed. The impurities are introduced in such a way that integrability of the model in one dimension is not violated. The algebraic Bethe ansatz solution of the model is also given and it is shown that the Bethe states are highest weight states with respect to the supersymmetry algebra .

AN INTEGRABLE QUANTUM FERMION MODEL WITH IMPURITIES

GUAN XI-WEN

With the help of the reflection matrices, we construct, under open boundary conditions, a one-dimensional integrable quantum fermion model with impurities, Applying the Algebraic Bethe ansatz, the exact solution for the model is given, And the spectrum as well as the Bethe ansatz equations are also presented. Our results will provide a start point for the study of the therm dynamical properties of the model.

Algebraic Bethe ansatz for the gl(1|2) generalized model: II. the three gradings

Frank Göhmann, Alexander Seel

The algebraic Bethe ansatz can be performed rather abstractly for whole classes of models sharing the same R -matrix, the only prerequisite being the existence of an appropriate pseudo vacuum state. Here we perform the algebraic Bethe ansatz for all models with 9 × 9, rational, gl(1|2) invariant R -matrix and all three possibilities of choosing the grading. Our Bethe ansatz solution applies, for instance, to the supersymmetric t – J model, the supersymmetric U model and a number of interesting impurity models. It may be extended to obtain the quantum transfer matrix spectrum for this class of models. The properties of a specific model enter the Bethe ansatz solution (i.e. the expression for the transfer matrix eigenvalue and the Bethe ansatz equations) through the three pseudo vacuum eigenvalues of the diagonal elements of the monodromy matrix which in this context are called the parameters of the model.

The supersymmetric t-J model and its quantum group deformation

Angela Foerster

In this work we investigate the supersymmetric t-J model in one dimension. The spectrum of the hamiltonian is obtained by means of the algebraic nested Bethe-ansatz method. Furthermore, we present a detailed analysis of the algebraic structure of the states. By combining the Bethe ansatz with the spl(2,1) supersymmetry of the t-J hamiltonian a complete set of eigenstates is constructed. The ground state and the elementary excitations of the model are investigated. We also introduce a new integrable vertex model, the anisotropic t-J model, which possesses splq(2, 1) "quantum supergroup" invariance.

Bethe Vectors for Composite Models with gl(2|1) and gl(1|2) Supersymmetry

Jan Fuksa

Supersymmetric composite generalized quantum integrable models solvable by the algebraic Bethe ansatz are studied.Using a coproduct in the bialgebra of monodromy matrix elements and their action on Bethe vectors, formulas for Bethe vectors in the composite models with supersymmetry based on the super-Yangians Y [gl(2|1)] and Y [gl(1|2)] are derived.
