Abstract

We introduce a class of exactly solvable boson models. We give explicit analytic expressions for energy eigenvalues and eigenvectors for an sd-boson Hamiltonian, which is related to the SO(6) chain of the Interacting Boson Model Hamiltonian. I.

Analytical results for model describing interactions among three bosonic modes

We present exact analytical expressions of all the energy eigenstates and eigenvalues in terms of an unknown parameter λ for the model describing interactions among three bosonic modes without using the assumption of the Bethe anzatz. We also derive the explicit expression of a polynomial whose roots give the concrete values of the parameter λ.

Condensate Fragmentation in a New Exactly Solvable Model for Confined Bosons

Based on Richardson's exact solution of the multilevel pairing model we derive a new class of exactly solvable models for the finite boson system. As an example we solve a particular Hamiltonian which displays a transition to a fragmented condensate for repulsive pairing interaction.
