Abstract

We formulate correlation functions for a one-dimensional interacting spinless fermion model at finite temperature. By combination of a lattice path integral formulation for thermodynamics with the algebraic Bethe ansatz for fermion systems, the equal-time oneparticle Green’s function at arbitrary particle density is expressed as a multiple integral form. Our formula reproduces previously known results in the following three limits: the zero-temperature, the infinite-temperature and the free fermion limits. Dynamical correlation functions of theXXZmodel at finite temperature

Kazumitsu Sakai

Combining a lattice path integral formulation for thermodynamics with the solution of the quantum inverse scattering problem for local spin operators, we derive a multiple integral representation for the time-dependent longitudinal correlation function of the spin-1/2 Heisenberg XXZ chain at finite temperature and in an external magnetic field. Our formula reproduces the previous results in the following three limits: the static, the zero-temperature and the XY limits.

Correlation functions of the integrable isotropic spin-1 chain: algebraic expressions for arbitrary temperature

Andreas Klümper, Dominic Nawrath, Junji Suzuki

We derive algebraic formulae for the density matrices of finite segments of the integrable s u (2) isotropic spin-1 chain in the thermodynamic limit. We give explicit results for the 2- and 3-site cases for arbitrary temperature T and zero field. In the zero-temperature limit the correlation functions are given in elementary form in terms of Riemann's zeta function at even integer arguments.

Integrable fermion model with hopping integrals for many particle configurations

Igor N. Karnaukhov

One parametric one-dimensional spinless fermion models is formulated and solved exactly by the Bethe ansatz method. The Hamiltonian contains the kinetic terms describing nearest-neighbor hopping of electrons with different hopping integrals for many particle configurations. The Luttinger liquid behavior is studied for the case repulsion effective interactions. The ground state energy, the critical exponent, describing the asymptotic behavior of the density-density correlation function at long distances, the Fermi velocity have been calculated numerically for an arbitrary density of electrons. The model displays the condensation of particles in the case of the attractive interaction.

Finite temperature correlation functions in integrable QFT

André LeClair, G. Mussardo

Finite temperature correlation functions in integrable quantum field theories are formulated only in terms of the usual, temperature-independent form factors, and certain thermodynamic filling fractions which are determined from the thermodynamic Bethe ansatz. Explicit expressions are given for the one- and two-point functions.
