Essay Review Wigner's View of Physical Reality

Michaël Esfeld

Nearly all the papers which the eminent physicist Eugene P. Wigner (1902–1995) published as well as hitherto unpublished manuscripts are reprinted in the Collected Works in eight volumes. The material is divided into part A (edited by Arthur Wightman), covering the scientific papers, and part B (edited by Jagdish Mehra), containing the philosophical,

Unified Relational-Expectational Uncertainty-Duality Framework (UREUDF)

Shamiul Hoque Shan

This paper proposes a complete unified theoretical framework integrating Duality, Uncertainty, Relativity, and Psychological Expectation into a single mathematical, philosophical, and scientific structure of reality. The framework asserts that reality is not an absolute entity but an emergent relational construct arising from observer-dependent interpretations constrained by uncertainty and structured through dual oppositions, while being dynamically shaped by predictive cognitive models. By synthesizing physics (quantum mechanics, relativity), mathematics (incompleteness, probability), neuroscience (predictive processing), psychology (expectation-emotion dynamics), philosophy (existentialism, phenomenology, dialectics), and socio-political theory, this work constructs a comprehensive model of existence as a multi-layered interpretative lattice. The theory establishes that all experiential, physical, and conceptual phenomena emerge from the interaction of these four foundational pillars across multiple scales of reality.
