Teleportation-Induced Correlated Quantum Channels

Filippo Caruso, Vittorio Giovannetti, G. Massimo Palma

Quantum teleportation of an n-qubit state performed using as an entangled resource a general bipartite state of 2n qubits instead of n Bell states is equivalent to a correlated Pauli channel. This yields a new characterization of such channels in terms of many-body correlation functions of the teleporting media. It provides a relatively simple method for determining whether a correlated quantum channel is able to reliably convey quantum messages by studying the entanglement properties of the teleportation mediating system. Our model is then generalized to the continuous-variable case.

Partial Teleportation of Entanglement Through Natural Thermal Entanglement in Two-Qubit Heisenberg XXX Chain

Yong Zhang, Long Gui-Lu, Yu-Chun Wu +1 more

Natural thermal entanglement between two qubits with XXX Heisenberg interaction is studied. For the antiferromagnet, increasing coupling strength or decreasing temperature under critical point increases the entanglement. Based on the thermal entanglement as quantum channel, entanglement and information of an input entangled state are transferred via partial teleportation. We find that the entanglement transferred will be lost during the process, and for the entanglement fidelity the partial teleportation is superior to classical communication as concurrence of entangled channel beyond 1/4. We show that both correlation information in input entangled state and individual information of the teleported particle are linearly dissipated. With more entanglement in quantum channel, more entanglement and correlation information can be transferred.

Entanglement identification of arbitrary two-qubit quantum channels and the capabilities to realise quantum teleportation

Lila Yuwana, Agus Purwanto, Endarko Endarko +1 more

Objectives: To identify the entanglements of arbitrary two-qubit quantum channels and the capabilities to realise quantum teleportation. Methods: The implementation of Schmidt de composition and measurements of quantum system state are equiped in this research. Findings: By constructing the general form of an arbitrary two qubit and measurement state, we able to determine an entanglement of an arbitrary two qubit by utilising Schmidt decomposition. Next, a capability of an arbitrary two qubit entangled state to realise teleportation can be identified by formulating measurement state and unitary operator. Improvement: The methods used in this paper have relatively simple calculations and very beneficial to be implement before developing quantum teleportation system experimentally. Keywords: Entangled States, Quantum Channels, Qubit (Quantum Bit), Quantum Teleportation
