Abstract

Abstract In this paper, we have investigated the teleportation of quantum Fisher information (QFI) for a single qubit system using a class of X-states as resources influenced by decoherence channels with memory, including amplitude-damping, phase-damping and depolarizing channels. Using the QFI to quantify the quality of teleportation, we first derive the explicit analytical results of QFIs with respect to the weight parameter ( ) and phase parameter ( ) under these decoherence channels, and find that both and are strongly dependent on the initial state’s parameters c i , noisy channel parameters D and , as well as the teleported state’s parameters and . For comparison with the teleportation of the single qubit case, we have also addressed the teleportation of QFI for a two-qubit entanglement system. The results show that , for a single qubit state, is more robust against noisy channels than that for a two-qubit state. However, for a two-qubit state is more robust than that of a single qubit state against noisy channels.

Davies theory for teleportation of quantum Fisher information under decoherence

You-Neng Guo, Hu-Ping Peng, Cheng Yang +2 more

Abstract We have investigated the teleportation of quantum Fisher information (QFI) for a single-qubit system by using two different maximally entangled pure states as resources influenced by a Davies-type Markovian environment. According to the definition of QFI, we first derive the explicit analytical results of QFI with respect to the weight parameter and phase parameter under decoherence. Our analytical results show that the teleportation of QFI is seriously affected by two classes of environment, including dissipative and pure dephasing, depending on the parameter of the teleported state during the teleportation process. In particular, for the optimal precision of estimating the weight parameter is only affected by a dissipative environment with temperature, while the precision of estimating the phase parameter is merely influenced by the dephasing environment.

Decoherence effects on quantum Fisher information of multi-qubit W states

T Homayoun, Korosh Aghayar

Quantum fisher information of a parameter characterizing the sensitivity of a state with respect to parameter changes. In this paper, we study the quantum fisher information of the W state for four, five, six and seven particles in decoherence channels, such as amplitude damping, phase damping and depolarizing channel. Using Krauss operators for decoherence channels components, we investigate the quantum fisher information quite analytically. We observe that for the W state, the amount of the quantum fisher information and consequently, the amount of entanglement are reduced by applying the quantum noises, which affect each particle in the same way. In some cases, a relative increase appears in the quantum fisher information for certain values of the decay strength p. We also show that the phase damping channel vanishes the value of the quantum fisher information for the W state.

Enhancing the teleportation of quantum Fisher information under correlated amplitude damping decoherence

Yan‐Ling Li, Lin Yao, Yi‐Bo Zeng

From the perspective of quantum information transmission, one may be interested in the teleportation of quantum Fisher information (QFI) which provides the optimal precision of parameter estimation. In this paper, we investigate the teleportation of QFI under the correlated amplitude damping (CAD) decoherence. It is found that the correlated effects play a positive role in improving the teleported QFI, but the impact of decoherence is still serious. Therefore, we propose two schemes, which are based on weak measurement (WM) and environment-assisted measurement (EAM), to enhance the teleportation of QFI under the CAD decoherence. The results show that both schemes can significantly improve the teleported QFI with a certain success probability. The findings of our study suggest that the correlated effects can significantly increase the success probabilities of these two schemes. A detailed comparison confirms that the EAM scheme is more efficient than the WM scheme in improving the teleportation of QFI.

The role of noisy channels in quantum teleportation

In quantum information theory, effects of quantum noise on teleportation are undeniable. Hence,we investigate the effect of noisy channels including amplitude damping, phase damping, depolarizing and phase ip on the teleported state between Alice and Bob where they share an entangled state by using atom-eld interaction state. We analyze the delity and quantum correlations as a function of decoherence rates and time scale of a state to be teleported. We observe that the average delityand quantum correlations accurately depend on types of noise acting on quantum channels. It is found that atom-eld interaction states are affected by amplitude damping channel are more useful for teleportation than when the shared qubites are affected by noisy channels such as AD channel and phase ip. We also observe that if the quantum channels is subject to phase ip noise, the average delity reproduces initial quantum correlations to possible values. On the other hand, not only all the noisy quantum channels do not always destroy average delity but also they can yield the highest delity in noisy conditions. In the current demonstration, our results provide that the average delity can have larger than 2/3 in front of the noise of named other channels with increasing decoherenc strength. Success in quantum states transfer in the present noise establishes the important of studing noisy channels.

The fidelity of controlled quantum teleportation in a noisy environment

Wen-Jing Wei, Feng-Li Yan, Ting Gao

In this work, we investigate controlled quantum teleportation in the presence of noisy channels acting on the three-qubit resource state. We employ a series of generalized noisy channels that bridge the dephasing channels and amplitude damping channels while encompassing extensive intermediate scenarios. We provide an in-depth analysis of the degradation of the maximal average fidelity and the optimal average fidelity in controlled quantum teleportation induced by such noisy channels by deriving the analytical expression and examining several special cases. The analytical expression shows that attaining the optimal average fidelity requires Charlie's cooperation in performing a measurement at suitably chosen angles, and is also related to the initial state and the channel parameters. Our analysis reveals that the optimal average fidelity does not always decrease monotonically with the evolution parameter, instead, it first decreases and then increases. This non-monotonic behavior depends on the entanglement of the initial resource state, as well as on the parameters of the channel traversed by the first qubit.

Simultaneous communication of relevant parameters

C. Seida, Mustapha Ziane, Abderrahim El Allati

The aim of this work is to investigate bidirectional quantum teleportation (BQT) of information, where a Bell state is considered as the quantum channel of the teleportation process. We consider that the Bell state is distributed by a noisy amplitude damping channel. We analyze the behavior of quantum Fisher information(QFI), which provides a tool to quantify the efficiency of bidirectional teleportation. Our results show that by using the weak measurement technique it is possible to mitigate the effect of the noise and enhance the bidirectional teleportation of relevant parameters.
