Abstract

We explore the dissipative dynamics of two coupled qubits placed inside a coherent cavity-field under dipole-dipole interplay and 2-photon transitions. The generated non-classical correlations (NCCs) beyond entanglement are investigated via two measures based on the Hilbert-Schmidt norm. It is found that the robustness of the generated NCCs can be greatly enhanced by performing the intrinsic dissipation rate, dipole-dipole interplay rate, initial coherence intensity and the degree of the coherent state superpositions. The results show that the intrinsic decoherence stabilize the stationarity of the non-classical correlations while the dipole interplay rate boost them. The non-classical correlations can be frozen at their stationary correlations by increasing the intrinsic dissipation rate. Also NCCs, can be enhanced by increasing the initial coherent intensity.

Effect of dissipation and dipole–dipole interplay on Hilbert–Schmidt distance and Bell’s inequality correlations of two qubits interacting with two-mode cavity field

A-B A Mohamed, Hichem Eleuch

Abstract An analytical description is obtained for a system composed of two two-level atoms (qubits) coupled via dipole–dipole interplay by Su(1, 1) and Su(2) Lie group. Both qubits interact with two-mode open cavity through a non-degenerate two-photon process. We explore the influence of the dissipation rate on the non-classical correlation (NCC), based on the Hilbert–Schmidt distance and Bell’s inequality correlations. The robustness of the generated NCCs depend not only on the dipole–dipole interplay but also on the dissipation rate and the initial coherence intensity. The NCCs can be enhanced for some selected values of the dipole–dipole interaction.

Non-classical correlations beyond Bell’s inequality violation in qubit-pairs with an intrinsic noise

A.‐B. A. Mohamed, Hichem Eleuch

In this paper, we analytically explore two qubits interacting with a coherent harmonic oscillator field under intrinsic noise. The interaction of the uncorrelated two qubits with a harmonic oscillator initially in the superposition of coherent states leads to the generation of nonclassical correlations (NCCs). The NCCs are quantified by local quantum uncertainty (LQU), uncertainty-induced non-locality (UIN), concurrence and Bell’s inequality. It is found that the generated NCCs are enhanced via the intensity coherence and the parameters of the initial harmonic oscillator state. For the even coherent state, the generated NCCs are more robust against the influence of intrinsic noise rate than that the ones of the coherent state. The appearance of the special type of skew-information correlation (in which, LQU and UIN are equal) depends on the superposition of the coherent states. The phenomena of sudden death and birth of entanglement depend not only on the intrinsic noise rate but also on the initial harmonic oscillator field. The generated NCCs could be controlled by adjusting these parameters.

Quantum memory and coherence dynamics of two dipole-coupled qubits interacting with two cavity fields under decoherence effect

Abdel‐Baset A. Mohamed, Abdel‐Haleem Abdel‐Aty, Hichem Eleuch

This paper investigates the intrinsic decoherence effect on quantum memory and coherence dynamics of two dipole-coupled qubits in a non-degenerate bimodel cavity. Entropic uncertainty, entropy, and concurrence are utilized to examine the dynamics of quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relations, mixedness, and entanglement. The results indicate that the nonlinear interactions between the two qubits and the cavity generate quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty, mixedness, and entanglement, which are reliant not only on the qubit–qubit interaction but also on the intrinsic decoherence and coherence intensity of the initial two-mode cavity states. For specific values of the dipole–dipole interaction, non-classical correlations can be enhanced By reducing the initial intensity coherence, the stability of the quantum memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relations, as well as the two-qubit mixedness of the intrinsic decoherence, are accelerated.

Quantum effects in two-qubit systems interacting with two-mode fields: Dissipation and dipole-dipole interplay effects

A.‐B. A. Mohamed, Hichem Eleuch, A.‐S. F. Obada

We explore two coupled dipole qubits interacting with two-mode cavity fields through non-degenerate two-photon processes and under the influence of intrinsic noise. Our investigation is based on the influence of the coupling constants between different constituents of the system on the quantum coherence and entropy squeezing. We investigate the phase space information, entanglement, and purity via the Husimi function. It is found that the robustness of the positivity and the negativity of the superposition of generalized coherent state is highly sensitive to the coupling constants. The phase space quantum information, the matter-light entanglement, and the stationary mixture state can be controlled by the two-qubit coupling as well as the coupling to the environment. The effect of the intrinsic dissipation and the two-qubit coupling on the generated squeezing via the qubit-system variable squeezing or the entropy squeezing is investigated. They lead to revoke the squeezing phenomenon.

Dynamics of two coupled qubits interacting with two-photon transitions via a nondegenerate parametric amplifier: nonlocal correlations under intrinsic decoherence

Abdel‐Baset A. Mohamed, Ahmed Farouk, Mansour F. Yassen +1 more

In this study, an analytical solution for a novel intrinsic noise model represented by two coupled qubits inside a cavity, the S u ( 1 , 1 ) and S u ( 2 ) Lie group, is investigated. Each qubit interacts with a two-mode parametric amplifier through a nondegenerate two-photon process when the two-mode system is initially in a superposition of a generalized Barut–Girardello coherent state. The nonlinearity of the interaction and the initial two-mode fields lead to the generation of different quantum correlations (QCs), which are measured by log-negativity, uncertainty-induced nonlocality, and local quantum uncertainty (LQU). The generated QC of the interaction depends not only on the two-qubit coupling but also on the intrinsic noise and the initial coherent intensity. Our results show that the ability of the two-qubit coupling to protect and enhance the robustness and generation of the QCs depends on the superposition and the coherent intensity of the initial S u ( 1 , 1 ) state. Furthermore, the sudden birth and death of the log-negativity and the sudden variations of the LQU depend on the intrinsic noise and the two-qubit coupling.

Generation of quantum coherence in two-qubit cavity system: qubit-dipole coupling and decoherence effects

A-B A Mohamed, H. A. Hessian, Hichem Eleuch

Abstract The intrinsic decoherence effect for two qubits interacting with a coherent field, under the dipole-dipole interaction and two-photon resonance, is analytically described. We investigate numerically the population inversion and the quantum coherence. The results show that the generated mixture entropy and the entanglement negativity, can be enhanced and protected by the dipole-dipole interaction and by reducing the initial coherent field intensity. In particular, we find that, the collapses and revivals of the population inversion present high sensitivity to these physical parameters. The nonlinearity of the two-photon processes leads to a generation of a strong two-qubit entanglement. This generated entanglement depends on the initial coherent field intensity, the dipole-dipole interaction and the intrinsic decoherence.
