The Architecture of Decision: A Quantum-Ontological Reimagining of Time & Consciousness

Tamas Kovacs, Kovacs, Jr., Tamas

This paper proposes a radical departure from the Newtonian and Einsteinian conceptions of time, positing instead that time is not a dimension but an emergent property of "Free Will" and "Decision." By synthesizing the mathematical principles of integration with quantum observation, we argue that the "Decision" is the most fundamental unit of reality, possessing zero duration and shaping the geometry of the universe. We explore a hierarchy of consciousness, ranging from the elementary decisions of inanimate matter to the unrestricted capabilities of totally conscious beings, and demonstrate how the macroscopic "illusion" of linear time is constructed through the integration of infinitesimal, non-temporal acts of will.

Breaking the Curse of Dimensionality in Variational Quantum Eigensolvers: A Topological Approach via Vedic Quantum Monte Carlo (VQMC)

Alex Martins Almeida Neves

The Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE) stands as the leading framework for quantum chemistry simulation in the Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum (NISQ) era. However, its scalability is fatally bounded by the Barren Plateau phenomenon—an optimization hyper-surface where the gradient variance decays exponentially to zero, causing topological asphyxiation in classical gradient-descent optimizers. In this letter, we present the Vedic Quantum Monte Carlo (VQMC) Engine. Deviating from standard quantum heuristic methodologies, VQMC unifies hyper-long stochastic noise (Cauchy-Lévy flights/Pingala distributions) with the second-order topological inertial dampening derived from the ancient Bakhshali manuscript (3rd Century CE). Our empirical simulations on abstract mathematical topologies and statevector simulations of the Transverse Field Ising Model (TFIM) mathematically prove that VQMC acquires dimensional immunity, effortlessly escaping zero-gradient plateaus and invariably collapsing to the exact ground state energy.

Three-Aspect Models of Reality

RW Boyer

Reviews Penrose’s three-realm model, Hameroff and Penrose’s ‘Orch-OR’ theory, Tegmark’s levels of the computational/mathematical multiverse model, Davies’ three-level model of matter-laws of nature-information, Stapp’s three-aspect model of local physical, ‘experiental reality,’ and Hilbert space; Bohm and Hiley’s three-level model of explicate, implicate, and super-implicate orders, Hagelin’s three-aspect mathematical model of quantum mechanical states, quantum mechanical observables, and Hilbert space; and how all these models are progressing toward the holistic Vedic 3-in-1 model.
