Quantum Physics and Welfare Policy

Jack C. Straton

Welfare policy is examined through the paradoxical logic of Nagarjuna’s tetralema, providing a lens through which wave-particle duality in quantum mechanics is then viewed. Through this process students are challenged to radically expand their critical-thinking horizons beyond conventional dualistic bounds. They learn not only this key property of quantum reality, but have to come to grips with the nature of knowledge itself, and the degree to which they censor their own awarenesses.

A Systematic review of the literature on learning and teaching of wave-particle duality

Laura Buteler, Luciano Ferrufino, Nicolás Velasco +2 more

Fundamental notions of quantum physics are included in introductory university curricula, in physics teacher training, and even in secondary education, both in Argentina and in various other countries worldwide. Among these fundamental concepts is wave-particle duality (WPD), a key concept and a gateway to the quantum world. This paper presents a critical review of the literature on WPD in specialized journals on physics education and science education at the local, regional, and international context, aiming to gather the most relevant findings regarding its teaching and learning. Preliminary results indicate that these findings can be categorized based on their primary purpose into four categories: Teaching WPD, Learning WPD, Historical and Epistemological Reflections on WPD and Reviews on the Teaching and Learning of Quantum Physics (including WPD).

Topological Quantum Synthesis: Resolving Cryptographic Vulnerabilities and the Emergence of Post-Machine Learning AI via Majorana Hardware

Mircea Magureanu

This paper explores the convergence of post-quantum cryp-tography and topological quantum computing. Grounded in the founda-tional de Broglie wave-particle duality and Borneas space-time tensorformulations, we analyze the structural vulnerability of early asymmet-ric encryptions, specifically targeting legacy distributed ledger walletarchitectures. We model how the 22,000 independent address clustersof the Satoshi Nakamoto entity function as a spatial deterrent againstShor’s algorithm. Furthermore, we examine the deployment of Microsoft’sMajorana 2 architecture within nested dilution refrigerators, illustratinghow error-free topological braiding accelerates Quantum AdiabaticComputation. We conclude by formalizing the transition from sequentialgradient descent to instantaneous Quantum Synthesis, marking theparadigm shift beyond traditional machine learning.
