A Reinterpretation of the Uncertainty Principle: The Residual $\Delta$ as Structural Necessity Rather Than Quantum Probability

Akihito Sugawara

This paper proposes a novel reinterpretation of the Heisenberg uncertainty principle in which the uncertainty term $\Delta$ is understood not as a manifestation of intrinsic quantum randomness, but as a necessary structural residue arising from incompatible descriptive constraints. Within the framework of a light-based cosmological model, quantum probability is treated as an emergent artifact of representation rather than a fundamental property of nature. This reinterpretation preserves the empirical validity of quantum mechanics while offering a deterministic conceptual foundation. The study further explores the implications of this perspective for paired universe formation, quantum measurement, and the relationship between observation and consciousness. By reframing uncertainty as inevitability rather than randomness, the work provides a unified conceptual bridge between quantum theory and cosmological structure without invoking stochastic assumptions.
