Quantum States of Multi-Mode Fields

The property of N-th power X-squeezing in a kind of intensity asymmetrical multi mode superposition state light field with the superposition of distinguishable two quantum state is firstly studied in detail by using of the general theory of generalized nonlinear difference squeezing in multi mode radiation field. It is found that the kind of multi mode superposition state light field mentioned above presents generalized nonlinear difference-squeezing effect (that is N-th power X-squeezing effect) that changes periodically if some conditions are satisfied respectively by the initial phase of each mode, or by the initial phase difference between the two components, or by photons of each mode, or by squeezing power. By further analysis demonstrate, it is demonstrated that the properties of N-th power X-squeezing in the first and second kind of multi mode superposition state light field are only particular examples of the discussion in this paper under certain conditions.

By using of general theory of unequalledpower squeezing in multimode radiation field,the property of unequalledpower difference squeezing (that is Njth power Xsqueezing) in the second kind of multimode light field state of superposition state with distinguishable two quantum states is firstly studied in detail.It is found that the second kind of multimode superposition state presents generalized nonlinear twoorder unequalledpower Njth power Xsqueezing effect that changes periodically under the certain conditions,and found the phenomenon of strange squeezing.The results demonstrate again that the multimode superposition state mentioned above is a kind of typical multimode nonclssical light field based on the document 5.

A scheme is proposed for the generation of multi-mode entangled coherent states through the interaction of a multi-mode cavity field with an atom driven by a classical field.By adjusting the transition frenqucy of the atom,the atom interacts with the classical field and the multi-mode cavity field alternately.After the measurement of the state of the atom,the multi-mode cavity field evolves into a multi-mode entangled coherent state.
