The Relevant Operators for the Hubbard Hamiltonian with a magnetic field term

Sher Alam, M. Nasir Khan, Jauhar Ali

The Hubbard Hamiltonian and its variants/generalizations continue to dominate the theoretical modelling of important problems such as high temperature superconductivity. In this note we identify the set of relevant operators for the Hubbard Hamiltonian with a magnetic field term.

The Transformation Between Hubbard Operators and Pauli Matrices

WU Jun-fang

Aiming at the transformation of Hamiltonian from Pauli matrices to Hubbard operators, the authors use the unity and orthogonal of Hubbard operators to give the transforming formula of Pauli matrices and Hubbard operators, by which, they realize the change from Pauli matrices to Hubbard operators. The result has been obtained that the Hamiltonian expressed by Hubbard operators of the spin-ladder model.

Generalized Hubbard Hamiltonian: Renormalization-group approach

Sergio Alejandro Cannas, Francisco A. Tamarit, Constantino Tsallis

We study a generalized Hubbard Hamiltonian which is closed within the framework of a quantum real-space renormalization group, which replaces the d-dimensional hypercubic lattice by a diamondlike lattice. The phase diagram of the generalized Hubbard Hamiltonian is analyzed for the half-filled-band case for d=2 and d=3. Some evidence for superconductivity is presented.
