Abstract

A multi-sender-controlled quantum teleportation scheme is proposed to teleport several secret quan- tum states from different senders to a distance receiver based on only one Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pair with controlled-NOT (CNOT) gates. In the present scheme, several secret single-qubit quantum states are encoded into a multi-qubit entangled quantum state. Two communication modes, i.e., the detecting mode and the message mode, are employed so that the eavesdropping can be detected easily and the teleported message may be recovered efficiently. It has an advantage over teleporting several different quantum states for one scheme run with more efficiency than the previous quantum teleportation schemes. PACS numbers: 03.67.Dd, 03.65.Ud

Proposal of many-party controlled teleportation for multi-qubit entangled W state

Zhiping Huang, Hongcai Li

A scheme of M -party controlled teleportation for one N -qubit entangled W state via ( N -1) Einstein–Podolsky–Rosen (EPR) pairs and one ( M +2)-qubit Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) state is proposed. We achieve the teleportation in such a way that M agents can execute the Hadamard transformation, perform the measurement on their qubits and inform the receiver of their measurements. Then we discuss that the receiver cannot fully recover the state from the sender if one agent does not co-operate with him.

Teleportation of an Arbitrary Two-qubit State

Feng Xun-Li, Zhongyang Wang, Xu Zhi-Zhan

A scheme to teleport an unknown two qubit state from Alice (the sender) to Bob (the receiver) using two Einstein Podolsky Rosen (EPR) pairs is presented, each EPR pair being shared by both Alice and Bob. Firstly, Alice combines each of the two particles in the teleported state with an EPR particle and makes Bell state measurement on each combination. Then she transmits the outcomes of her measurements to Bob classically. According to Alice′s measurement results, Bob can perform appropriate unitary operations on his two EPR particles to retrieve the initial state.

A scheme for teleporting a three-particle entangled state is proposed. In the scheme, two EPR pairs are chosen as quantum channels which shared by the sender and the receiver.By introducing an additional qubit and performing CNOT operation as well as appropriate unitary transformation, the three-particle entangled state can be teleported probabilistically.

Research Paper: Multi-hop Quantum Teleportation Scheme of the 6-Qubit Entangled State by Intermediate Nodes with the Best Efficiency

Negin Fatahi

Quantum multi-hop teleportation is important in the field of quantum communication. In this paper, we proposed a Multi-hop quantum teleportation scheme of the 6-qubit entangled state. In the proposed scheme, the sender teleports the desired information by transmitting a 6-qubit entangled quantum state to the receiver through the N intermediate nodes between the source node and destination node. Therefore, the sender and receiver are not in direct connection with each other, and the information is teleported in Multi-hop between the N neighbor nodes. Also, in this scheme, the 7-qubit entangled states as quantum channels are shared between neighbor nodes. Always, teleportation processes over long distances are problematic because of the existence of the environmental noise which is almost inescapable and adversely affects the entangled quantum channel. This scheme explains the quantum teleportation between N nodes in N-1 steps and it is suitable for teleportation processes over long distances. Also, we calculate the efficiency of this scheme and indicate the advantages of this protocol.

Probabilistic Teleportation of an Arbitrary N-qubit State via Entanglement Swapping

Yi-Qi Wang, Fang Jian-Xing, Jiang Wei-Xing +1 more

Recently, there is much interest in the study of quantum teleportation. Its marvelous security property makes it particularly attractive as potential means for future communication. Uncertain principal and no-cloning theories of quantum mechanics forbid exact copy of quantum states. To solve the problem, quantum teleportation devides message state into two parts: classical message and quantum message which are transmitted through relevant classical and quantum channels from a sender Alice to a distant receiver Bob, respectively. According to both message states, Bob can recover the original message state with certain possibility. Utilizing the general quantum teleportation protocol, in this scheme, a new method is presented by which multi-qubit quantum information can be teleported in a much easier way. It has been extended to teleportation of an arbitrary N-qubit state via entanglement swapping and probabilistic teleportation is investigated as well, which has a more general meaning. N non-maximally entangled triplet GHZ states (Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger), taking the place of the previous EPR states (Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen), serve as quantum channels, which avoids introducing extra auxiliary qubit. In order to complete the teleportation, Alice has to devide all qubits into N parts and make Bell-State measurement on qubit pair (i, x(subscript i)) and tell Bob the measurement result through classical channel, then Bob perform some simple local operations on qubits (y(subscript i), z(subscript i)) to finish teleporting the i-th qubit. Conditioned on N-times similar repeat, Bob can faithfully reconstruct the initial state. Results show that, in this method, the identification difficulty of entangled states is considerably reduced, the new method is more feasible in technique. And the total possibility of successful teleportation is (The equation is abbreviated). As a special case, teleportation of an arbitrary two-qubit state is proposed.
