The Entangled of Cavity Field and Atom in The Two-Photon Jaynes-Cummings Model and The Degree of Entanglement

Xiaoping Li

We present a measure for generating entangled state of atom-cavity field, which is prepared based on the two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model of atom-cavity field interaction. Through changing the interaction time, the degree of entanglement of the atom-cavity field hasa periodic change. It is shown that the quantum entanglement state will stay in the maximally entangled state for a long time when the detuning is equal to Rabi frequency.

SCHEME FOR THE PREPARATION OF ENTANGLEMENT OF ATOMIC ENSEMBLES

LIN-LIN XU, Ya‐Fei Yu, Zhi‐Ming Zhang

In this paper, we present a scheme to prepare the W state and the GHZ state of many atomic ensembles based on the dynamics of the atomic system of a single control atom and an atomic ensemble dispersively coupling with a cavity, where the control atom is illuminated by a highly detuned auxiliary classical field at the same time. The dynamics of the atomic system can be described by an effective Jaynes–Cummings model (JCM) with the atomic ensemble as the bosonic mode. The preparation of the entangled states is deterministic. Because the cavity is always in the vacuum state during the whole evolution process, our scheme is less sensitive to the cavity decay.

Preparation of Three-atom Entangled W StateVia Two-photon Jaynes-Cummings Model

Kehui Song

A scheme is presented to produce an entangled three-atom W state by means of two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model. It is shown that such a state can easily be obtained by controlling the interaction time of atom-cavity-field. It is pointed out that this model is more advantageous in generating tripartite particle entangled W state than in GHZ state. In addition, an analysis of the experimental feasibility is presented within the realm of cavity QED.
