Abstract

We investigate thermal entanglement produced by resonant mul ti -photon Jaynes-Cummings model by means of the concurrence. It is shown that the concurrence decreases with the increasing of temperature. There exists a critica l temperature, above which thermal entanglement of atom and field mode vanishes. The critical temperature increases with the increasing of the coupling constant and the absorbing or emitting photon numbers per atomic transition. Thermal ent anglement can be generated under high temperature for sufficiently strong coupli ng.

Concurrence was adopted to investigate the thermal entanglement produced by resonant multi-photon Jaynes-Cummings model with atomic motion. The results showed the presence of a critical temperature, above which thermal entanglement of atom and cavity field mode vanished. The critical temperature increased with the increase in coupling constant and the number of photons absorbed or emitted per atomic transition. The concurrence decreased with increasing temperature. For typical experimental data, the critical temperature was around the order of 10-5 K.

Entanglement and thermal entanglement in two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model

We investigate atom-cavity entanglement in the time evolution and the thermal entanglement in two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model by means of concurrence. The result shows that atom-cavity entangled state appears with periodicity, which decreases with the increasing coupling strength between the atom and cavity; In finite temperature, the concurrence decreases with the increasing of temperature, thermal entanglement vanishes in this Jaynes-Cummings model when system temperature reaches the critical temperature, which is proportional to the coupling strength of atom-cavity. For typical experimental data, the critical temperature is on the order of 10~(-5) K.

Thermal Entanglement in Jaynes-Cummings Model with Atomic Motion

AbstrcatWe investigate the time evolution of thermal entanglement between atom and single photon in Jaynes-Cummings model containing atomic motion by means of concurrence. It is shown that there exists a critical temperature, which is only determined by the coupling of atom-field system. The lower is the temperature of the system, the longer is the time of maintaining the thermal entangled state inside cavity field. For the coupling g=700 MHz, the critical temperature is up to the order of mK. In addition, we study the influence of the parameter of the system on thermal entanglement.

Thermal Entanglement in Two-Photon JCM without Rotating Wave Approximation

Zhang Li

In this paper, the thermal entanglement is discussed in two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model by means of concurrence under the non-rotating wave approximation. The results show that when the virtual photons transition is considered the entanglement can be formed in this system and corresponds to a critical temperature Tc.When the temperature of the environment is lower than Tc,the entanglement between the atom and field also exists.Meanwhile with the environment temperature increasing, the concurrence decreases,on the other hand when the temperature is higher than Tc,the entanglement disappears. And the entanglement properties are also in relation to the ratio of coupling coefficients(λ、e)between the atom and real and virtual field under the certain temperature.

In this paper, we investigate twoatom entanglement in time evolution and the thermal entanglement in a generalized JaynesCummings model by means of concurrence. The result shows that the twoatom entangled state appears with periodicity, which decreases with increasing dipoledipole coupling between the two atoms. In a finite temperature, the concurrence decreases with increasing temperature, and the thermal entanglement vanishes in this JaynesCummings model when the system temperature reaches the critical temperature, which is proportional to the dipoledipole coupling strength of the two atoms. We investigate the entanglement and thermal entanglement between moving atom and Single-mode cavity in two-photon model by means of concurrence. It is shown that initial photons number and field-mode structure parameter affect entanglement and thermal entanglement in a certain degree. The evolution period of thermal entanglement doesn't change when the coupling constant between atom and cavity field has different values, while, the time of the system in maximum entanglement decreases when coupling constant reduces.Thermal entanglement decreases with the increase of system temperature when the temperature is under critical temperature.
