Abstract

Select enneahedral crystal lattice as Kadanoff group. The critical point and exponents are gained by renormalization group.Bigger group can increase the precision as compared with triangular and hexagonal crystal lattice.

Based on the two dimension triangle crystal lattice spin model,we selected groups which contain seven and nine crystal lattices pins as Kadanoff group. The critical point and exponents results which gained by renormalization group transform indicated that Bigger group can increase the precision.

A Renormalization Group Study of the Ising Model on a Triangular Lattice with Long-Range Interactions

Sze-Shiang Feng, Qiu Xijun

The critical exponents of the triangular lattice Ising model with long-range interactions are calculated by the real space renormalization group. Using the simplest Kadanoff blocks and the lowest approximation of cumulant expansion, it is shown that there exists a finite critical temperature when .

Kadanoff Blocks and Renormalization Group Approach to Two-Dimensional Lattice

Yao Chen

The renormalization group transformation and Kadanoff construction are applied to two\|dimensional lattices. The general rule for Kadanoff construction and permitted site’s number are given. The fixed points and critical exponents are then calculated for the blocks with 9 and 13 sites. The comparison is made between the results and those obtained by the exact solution. The result shows that the calculation precision tends to be raised with increasing of the site’s number in the construction.

Analysis of the lower-bound renormalization-group approximation

Naeem Jan

The lower-bound variational renormalization-group approximation of Kadanoff is reformulated and applied to the triangular Ising lattice. The basic inconsistencies inherent in the method are removed and the results thus obtained are in fair agreement with the exact values.

Kadanoff's variational renormalisation group method: the Ising model on the square and triangular lattices

B. W. Southern

The renormalisation group method of Kadanoff is applied to the spin- 1 / 2 Ising model in two dimensions using a transformation applicable to both the square and triangular lattices. Two types of cluster are studied for the triangular lattice. The first cluster yields a new fixed point but the results for the critical temperature and critical exponents are in poor agreement with the known exact values. The second cluster maps directly onto the fixed point found by Kadanoff for the square lattice yielding excellent values for both the critical exponents and the critical temperature.

Revision on solution of the renormalization group for Ising model with weight factor

Xia Liu

Two dimensional tetragonal Ising model is studied with PSRG method in the Renormalization Group(RG) by introducing a energy dependent weight factor, when the Kadanoff clusters are constructed with five-point cluster. The new solution to the RG method and its corresponding critical indices are deduced, which approach exact solution more than those of before revision, as well as a larger Kadanoff cluster. 
