Selection of Wave Function in Double Wave Theory

Yin Rui-hua

Published Jan 1, 2002• 0 citations

Abstract

Double wave theory is a method which determines the description of quantum state of a single particle system. The selection method of two wave functions in double wave theory is instructed as an example of bound system, and Ehrenfets theorem fitted for single particle system is deduced.

The description with double-wave function for particle in single-atom model potential

Gang Chen

The description with double-wave function for particle in single-atom model potential is obtained by using the quantum theory of double-wave function. It is indicated that the double-wave function describes the kinematical law of single particle. This description involves the general quantum mechanics result in statistical average of system.

Double wave quantum theory is applied to the description of a two dimensional hydrogen atom. The classical limit of this description is discussed. The results indicate that double wave function can be applied to describe the states of single particle, and the ordinary quantum mechanical description,as a statistical average of ensemble,is included in the double wave quantum theory.

Double wave function description of the coupling harmonic oscillator

Huang Chun

The double wave function quantum theory is applied to study the coupling harmonic oscillator. The time evolution equations and some constant of the motion describing the single coupling harmonic oscillator and the classical limits of these equations are obtained. The relations between the double wave function quantum theory and the single wave quantum theory are discussed.

A DISCUSSION ABOUT THE PAPER “DETERMINISTIC PROPERTIES CONTAINER IN QUANTUM SYSTEMS WITH CONTINUOUS SPECTRUM”

LIANG FANG-HAO, 山东大学数学系,济南250100

For a single particle system with continuous energy spectrum, the paper “Deterministic Properties Contained in Quantum Systems with Continuous Spectrum” uses the “double wave functions” to describe the quantum behavior of each particle in the ensemble staying in an energy eigenstate. And the “equivalence theorem” in the paper points out that the double wave description will become the classical mechanics description in the classical limit. However, the statistical distribution of results of measurement of a physical quantity predicted by the double wave description for the ensemble is very different from that predicted by the usual quantum mechanics. And the proof given in the paper for the “equivalence theorem” is incorrect. Actually, this theorem is not true.

THE DESCRIPTION OF DOUBLE WAVE FUNCTION OF PARTICLE MOTION IN THE REFLECTIONLESS POTENTIAL WELL

LIN KUN-ZHI, 吉林省通化师范学院物理系,通化134002

In this paper, double wave function quantum theory is applied to obtain a time evolution equation to describe the physical quantities of single motional particle in the reflectionless potential well. The ordinary formula to calculate mean values in quantum mechanics can be described as the average of double wave function of a certain ensemble.
