Abstract

Relative Viewpoint caused by the problems of Quantum Mechanics is a kind of Measurement Philosophy, which is put forward by professor Cheng Su-mei and a group of contemporary scientists and science-philosophers through observation to facts then progressed to the degree of philosophy. It has a revolutionary significance both in subjectively and in objectively. This thesis analyzed the difference between the Relative Viewpoint and the classical Absolute Viewpoint, indicating that it is consistent with The Theory of Observocontrol Relativity.

The Paradigm Information of Theory of Observocontrol Relativity--concurrently comment on the two new kinds of explanation of quantum mechanics

Liu Yue-sheng

The two new kinds of explanation of quantum mechanics are demonstrated, one aims at structureinformation, the other aims at communication information, the new Theory of Observocontrol relativity pattern--paradigm information is established only the two new explanations are unified.

Concept of Absolutism - Comments on the Theory of Relativity and Quantum Mechanism

Luoping Zhang

Abstract After reviewed the problems in science and the folk that were difficult to be scientifically explained by contemporary physics, the reason is analyzed and found that contemporary physics is based on the human vision and cognition to think the universe, not based on nature. Then the concept of Absolutism is proposed based on nature itself and its intrinsic property, absorbed folk experience and lessons as well as religious thoughts, and criticized the Theory of Relativity and Quantum Mechanism. It includes three axioms and four corollaries to set up core concept, and establish the absoluteness of the material world. As an original concept of physics, the concept of Absolutism will deliver a revolutionary concept and thinking style for contemporary physics, and give contemporary physics a jolt after the Theory of Relativity and Quantum Mechanism have been proposed one hundred years.

THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE EAST AND THE PRESENT-DAY INTERPRETATION OF THE PROBLEM OF MEASUREMENT IN QUANTUM MECHANICS

Oleksandr Popel

A comparative analysis of the process of measurement in classical and quantum physics is given. It necessitates the expedience of the reexamination of the role of the researcher and his consciousness in the process of the interaction of the subject with the material world around him. A survey of the philosophical aspects that pertain to the problem of measurement in quantum physics leads to the conclusion that the scholar is not an independent observer of the material world beyond him, he rather becomes a part of this world to an extent that he brings pressure to bear on the properties of the observed objects. In other words, man becomes an integral part of the universe hence the classical assumption about the existence of the objective reality that is beyond the consciousness of man ceases to be relevant. That is why the philosophical treatment of the problems of quantum theory appears to be much closer to the philosophical principles of the East than to the more common here Western philosophy. Key words : quantum world, measurement, subject, object, Hinduism, Buddhism, Daoism.

Scientific Experiments Promote Objective Realism——Philosophical Studies on "Schrdinger's Cat Paradox"

Hongfang Li

Schrdinger's cat paradox is superficial look like a philosophical problem in quantum mechanics, actually involves some debates of the basic philosophical problems in the studies of philosophy of science, such as subjectivism vs.objectivism, realism vs.anti-realism.In the recent years, the progress in the studies of Schrdinger's cat paradox have made the cat entanglement state and its decoherence effect become no longer debatable instead observable behavior of physical world, which prompts the studies of basic philosophical problems involved quantum theory among different philosophical school.

Van Fraassen's Interpretative Viewpoints of Quantum Theory

Wan Xiao-long

B.C.Van Fraassen's interpretative theory of quantum measurement is not only the core of his philosophy of quantum mechanics, but also the theoretical foundation in his philosophy of science, constructive experimentalism. In this article, the author introduces Van Fraassen's thought from three aspects: the general interpretation theory of science, the interpretation problems in quantum mechanics, and the modal interpretation of quantum measurement.

Philosophy of physics

Hilary Putnam

The philosophy of physics is continuous with physics itself. Just as certain issues in the Foundations of Mathematics have been discussed by both mathematicians and by philosophers of mathematics, so certain issues in the philosophy of physics have been discussed by both physicists and by philosophers of physics. And just as there are issues of a more epistemological kind that tend to concern philosophers of mathematics more than they do working mathematicians, so there are issues that concern philosophers of physics more than they do working physicists. In this brief report I shall try to give an account of the present state of the discussion in America of both kinds of issues, starting with the problems of quantum mechanics, which concern both physicists and philosophers, and ending with general questions about necessary truth and the analytic-synthetic distinction which concern only philosophers. The problem of ‘measurement’ in quantum mechanics Quantum mechanics asserts that if A and B are any two possible ‘states’ of a physical system, then there exists at least one state (and in fact a continuous infinity of states) which can be described as ‘superpositions of A and B ’. If A and B are the sorts of states talked about in classical physics – definite states of position, or momentum, or kinetic energy, etc. – then their superpositions may not correspond to classically thinkable states.
