Abstract

The evolution law of the system which consists of coherent-atoms interacting with coherent-cavity-field is shown by using evolutional factor. The process of interaction in the system is studied. It is found that the quantum information can be transfer not only between cavities and atoms but also different sets of cavities.Furthermore, the conditions of information exchange are usually related to the atoms transition frequency(ωa,k) and its relative phase(ξ),the light-field frequency(ωf,k) and its relative phase(η),the coupled intensity between atom and light-field(g),as well as the interaction time(t).But it is only related to g and t under the resonance interaction atoms with light-field.

Transfer of entangled state in the system evolution of coherent coupled-atom and coherent single-mode cavity-field

Yuying An

The physics system consisting of coherent coupled-atom interaction with coherent single-mode cavity-field is proposed. Using the complete quantum theory, the evolution process of the system is studied. It is found that the quantum atom entangled states and light field entangled states can be transferred into each other under a certain temporal condition. Otherwise, the initial state of the atom or the light field entangled states can be completely preserved by controlling the time of the atoms interaction with the light fields.

Entanglement states exchange and preservation in the system of the multi-atom-cavity-field

Yang Zhi-yong

From the viewpoint of the quantum information theory, the J-C Model of an atom interacting with a single-model light-field is expanded to a union physical system model which consists of M(where M is any positive integer) pairs of two-level atoms and the M cavity-field with interaction respectively.By solving the evolution matrix of the system state vector, the process of the atoms interacting with the light-field is studied and the principle of exchange and preservation of quantum entanglement information in this system is discussed. It is found that not only the atom entanglement but also the light-field entanglement can be transferred and preserved under different time conditions. At the same time, the different form entanglement states can be prepared by using the interaction of the atoms with the cavity-field.

Study on Transfer Mechanism of Quantum Entangled Information in Coherent Coupling Cavity-field

Ju Wang

The physical model composed of coherent multimode cavity-field interacting with coherent coupling-atom is proposed. The evolution properties for the process of multi-photon interaction in the system mentioned above are studied by utilizing complete quantum theory. It shows that multiphoton entangled states and multi-atom entangled states can be swapped into each other periodically in the process of coupling multi-atoms interacting with multimode cavity-fields. Meanwhile the entanglement information transfer can be realized in the above process. The results of the entanglement transfer are thereby illustrated by means of calculating the fidelity of atoms numerically. And the general characteristics of the entangled information transfer are further revealed. It is pointed out that the results reported up to now are only specific examples of the research under different conditions.

Coherent Manipulation of Multilevel Atoms for Quantum Information Processing

Juan D. Serna

In quantum information processing, quantum cavities play an important role by providing the mechanisms to transfer information between atom qubits and photon qubits, or to couple single atoms with the optical modes of the cavity field. We explore numerically the population transfer in an atom + cavity system by using the $π$-pulse and adiabatic passage methods. While the first method is very efficient transferring the atomic population for no radiative decay of the intermediate level, the second method shows very interesting nonadiabatic, resonance-like properties that can be used to achieve very large transfer efficiencies without needing very large Rabi frequencies or very long interaction times. We introduce a simple analytical model to explore the origin of these properties and describe "qualitatively" the power-law dependence of the failure probability on the product of the pulse amplitude and the interaction time. We also examine numerically the transfer of interatomic coherence in a two-atom + cavity system by using adiabatic methods. For some specific symmetry conditions, we show that the dynamics of the original system can be studied as the individual evolution of a symmetric and an antisymmetric system, interacting separately with the classical field and the cavity mode, but mutually exchanging the atomic coherence.

Swapping transmit of quantum entanglement information in the process of unresonant interaction by intensity-dependent coupling

Wang Ju-xia

The unresonant procedure of the interaction of atoms with cavity-field by intensity-dependent coupling was analyzed in the union system consisting of multi-atom and multi-cavity using of the complete quantum theory. The results show that through controlling the time of cavity-field interacting with atoms and measuring the atomic states just being out of cavity, the quantum entangled information can be completely exchange between the atomic maximal entangled state and the maximal like-odd-even coherent entangled state. The quantum information can be completely swapping transmit on account of properly confining the detuning value. The process above mentioned display that the evolution is opposite each other in the close system.

Infiuence of dipole-dipole interaction on the transfer and preservation of quantum entanglement information

Dong Kang-jun

Using the method of time-evolution operator, the time evolution properties of the system of identical two-level atoms dipole interacting resonantly with a single-mode cavity field in detail by means of quantum theory is discused. The influence of dipole-dipole interaction on the transfer and preservation of quantum entanglement information is analyzed. The calculation and analysis indicates that the procedure of the swap and conservation of quantum information depends on the initial of the atoms. For W type atoms, the initial entangled information of atoms or photons are contpletely conserved under dipole-dipole interaction intensity satisfying some conditions. It appears also the phenomenon of part exchange and preservation besides some mix entangled states under different conditions. The dipole-dipole interaction doesn't effect on transfer and preservation for GHZ type atom entangled states.
