Abstract

A scheme is proposed to realize the controlled dense coding by using a four-particle entangled state as the quantum channel. In this scheme, A and B are the sides of sender and receiver, C and D are used as the controlling particles. A, C and D should perform appropriate quantum operations on the particles that they own respectively, then they must transfer the particles to B. After a series of quantum operations, quantum transformations and quantum measurements, B would get the quantum state which can represent classical field information. By using this scheme, A and B realize the information teleportation of classical field 0~15 in the quantum channel.

Controlled Quantum Dense Coding in a Four-particle Non-maximally Entangled State via Local Measurements

Chang-Bao Fu, Yan Xia, Liu Bo-xue +3 more

A controlled quantum dense coding scheme is investigated with a four-particle non-maximal quantum channel. The amount of classical information is shown to be capable of being controlled by the controllers through adjustments of the local measurement angles and to depend on the coefficients of the quantum channel; in addition, the four particles are distributed in two inverse ways in such an quantum channel. A restricted condition for distributing the particles to realize quantum dense coding in an arbitrary ($N+2$)-particle quantum channel is proposed.

Controlled Teleportation of Unknown Two-particle State Based on Four-Particle Partly Entangled State

Yi-you Nie

We propose a scheme for controlled teleportation of a unknown two-particle state using a four-particle partly entangled state as a quantum channel and one of these particles works as the controlling particle. The sender and the controller perform a series of measurements on their own particles respectively and send their results to the receiver.According to the meassurement results, the receiver will get the state sent by sender with certain probabi-lity by doing proper unitary transformations and measurements on an auxiliary particle.

Simultaneous dense coding

Haozhen Situ, Daowen Qiu

We present a dense coding scheme between one sender and two receivers, which guarantees that the receivers simultaneously achieve their respective information. In our scheme, the sender first performs a locking operation to entangle the particles from two independent quantum entanglement channels, so that the receivers cannot achieve their information unless they collaborate to perform the unlocking operation. We also show that the quantum Fourier transform can act as the locking operator both in simultaneous dense coding and teleportation. Finally we compare simultaneous dense coding with quantum secret sharing of classical messages.

Quantum Secure Direct Communication with Four-Particle Genuine Entangled State and Dense Coding

Xiu Xiao-Ming, Li Dong, Gao Ya-Jun +1 more

A quantum secure direct communication scheme using dense coding is proposed. At first, the sender (Alice) prepares four-particle genuine entangled states and shares them with the receiver (Bob) by sending two particles in each entangled state to him. Secondly, Alice encodes secret information by performing the unitary transformations on her particles and transmits them to Bob. Finally, Bob performs the joint measurements on his particles to decode the secret information. The two-step security test guarantees the security of communication.

Controlled Quantum Information Sharing of An Arbitrary One-particle State via Cluster State

LI Yan-pin

Based on the strong persistency of entanglement of cluster state, two quantum sharing schemes were presented to realize the controlled teleportation of an arbitrarily one-particle using a four-particle cluster state as the quantum channel. In the first scheme, the sender Alice, controller Charlie and receiver Bob share a four-particle cluster entangled state.Firstly Alice performs a three-particle joint VonNeumann measurement on her qubits. Then Charlie performs a quantum measurement on his qubit with Z basis. Finally Bob can reconstruct the shared single particle by doing unitary transformation according to the measured results from Charlie and Bob.In the second scheme, three parties also shared a four-particle cluster state and an auxiliary particle,Alice and Charlie only need Bell state measurements and Bob can get the transmitted state by performing a swap bit flip operation and one unitary transformation.Compared with the existing schemes, the success probability of these both schemes are 100% and the proposed schemes only need 4-particle cluster state as the quantum channel.Furthermore, the proposed schemes can be implemented under the current laboratory techniques.

Two schemes of teleporting an arbitrary four-particle entangled state

Zha Xin-wei

Four partially entangled two-particle states are used as the quantum channel. Two schemes for probabilistic teleportation of an arbitrary four-particle entangled state are presented. The entangled state can be perfectly teleported probabilistically from the sender to the receiver if the sender performs four Bell-state measurements while the receiver introduces auxiliary particles and performing appropriate unitary transformations.Based on transformation operator, the theoretical explanation of two schemes is given by utilizing the relation of the transformation operators.
