Abstract

A interaction model of multi-photon process in the“multi-coupled-atom-cavity”system is constructed. In terms of the cavity quantum electrodynamics, the properties of quantum information transfer in the process of coupled atoms interacting with cavity fields are studied, and the effect of the coupling between atoms on the quantum information transfer is analyzed. It is found that quantum information can be transferred back and forth or be preserved between the cavity fields and atoms in certain time period. The dipole interaction between atoms leads to the quantum entanglement information partially transferred and partially preserved.

Study on Transfer Mechanism of Quantum Entangled Information in Coherent Coupling Cavity-field

The physical model composed of coherent multimode cavity-field interacting with coherent coupling-atom is proposed. The evolution properties for the process of multi-photon interaction in the system mentioned above are studied by utilizing complete quantum theory. It shows that multiphoton entangled states and multi-atom entangled states can be swapped into each other periodically in the process of coupling multi-atoms interacting with multimode cavity-fields. Meanwhile the entanglement information transfer can be realized in the above process. The results of the entanglement transfer are thereby illustrated by means of calculating the fidelity of atoms numerically. And the general characteristics of the entangled information transfer are further revealed. It is pointed out that the results reported up to now are only specific examples of the research under different conditions.

Using the complete quantum theory, the process of M two-level atoms interacting with M multi-mode light fields with intensity-dependent coupling is studied. It is found that quantum entanglement information can be transferred back and forth or be preserved between the cavity fields and atoms under certain time conditions. The entanglement states of the atoms or the cavities can be transferred when t=π/(2λ). The results are verified by numerically computing the entanglement degree. And it was shown that the entanglement states of the atoms or the cavities can be preserved when t=π/λ.

Entanglement states exchange and preservation in the system of the multi-atom-cavity-field

Yang Zhi-yong

From the viewpoint of the quantum information theory, the J-C Model of an atom interacting with a single-model light-field is expanded to a union physical system model which consists of M(where M is any positive integer) pairs of two-level atoms and the M cavity-field with interaction respectively.By solving the evolution matrix of the system state vector, the process of the atoms interacting with the light-field is studied and the principle of exchange and preservation of quantum entanglement information in this system is discussed. It is found that not only the atom entanglement but also the light-field entanglement can be transferred and preserved under different time conditions. At the same time, the different form entanglement states can be prepared by using the interaction of the atoms with the cavity-field.

Using the method of time-evolution operator, the time evolution properties of the system of identical two-level atoms dipole interacting resonantly with a single-mode cavity field in detail by means of quantum theory is discused. The influence of dipole-dipole interaction on the transfer and preservation of quantum entanglement information is analyzed. The calculation and analysis indicates that the procedure of the swap and conservation of quantum information depends on the initial of the atoms. For W type atoms, the initial entangled information of atoms or photons are contpletely conserved under dipole-dipole interaction intensity satisfying some conditions. It appears also the phenomenon of part exchange and preservation besides some mix entangled states under different conditions. The dipole-dipole interaction doesn't effect on transfer and preservation for GHZ type atom entangled states.

Transfer of entangled state in the system evolution of coherent coupled-atom and coherent single-mode cavity-field

The physics system consisting of coherent coupled-atom interaction with coherent single-mode cavity-field is proposed. Using the complete quantum theory, the evolution process of the system is studied. It is found that the quantum atom entangled states and light field entangled states can be transferred into each other under a certain temporal condition. Otherwise, the initial state of the atom or the light field entangled states can be completely preserved by controlling the time of the atoms interaction with the light fields.
