Abstract

We investigated the system consisting of a two -level atom and cavity in a non -resonant case, atom -cavity entanglement in time evolution and the thermal entanglement by means of concurrence. The result shows that the atom-cavity maximal entangled state appears at T=0 under the condition △=0 or |△|=2g). There exists a critical temperature Tc=1.134hg/k which is independent of a detuning frequency △. The thermal entanglement vanishes under the condition TTc and it decreases with the increasing of temperature under the condition TTc.

Thermal Entanglement of A Two-level Atom Coupled to Single-mode Cavity in Nonresonant System

Duo Zhang

The thermal entanglement of a two-level atom coupled to Single-mode cavity with the effect of virtual-photon field in nonresonant system by means of concurrence is investigated. It is shown that detuning frequency has no effect on the evolution of thermal entanglement in the system. There exists a critical temperature, above which thermal entanglement of atom and field mode vanishes. At the same time, the coupling constants of system have great effect on thermal entanglement of atom and field.

Entanglement and thermal entanglement in two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model

Kehui Song

We investigate atom-cavity entanglement in the time evolution and the thermal entanglement in two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model by means of concurrence. The result shows that atom-cavity entangled state appears with periodicity, which decreases with the increasing coupling strength between the atom and cavity; In finite temperature, the concurrence decreases with the increasing of temperature, thermal entanglement vanishes in this Jaynes-Cummings model when system temperature reaches the critical temperature, which is proportional to the coupling strength of atom-cavity. For typical experimental data, the critical temperature is on the order of 10~(-5) K.

Entanglement and Thermal Entanglement in Two-photon Model with Atomic Motion

LI Qu-lian

We investigate the entanglement and thermal entanglement between moving atom and Single-mode cavity in two-photon model by means of concurrence. It is shown that initial photons number and field-mode structure parameter affect entanglement and thermal entanglement in a certain degree. The evolution period of thermal entanglement doesn't change when the coupling constant between atom and cavity field has different values, while, the time of the system in maximum entanglement decreases when coupling constant reduces.Thermal entanglement decreases with the increase of system temperature when the temperature is under critical temperature.

In this paper, we investigate twoatom entanglement in time evolution and the thermal entanglement in a generalized JaynesCummings model by means of concurrence. The result shows that the twoatom entangled state appears with periodicity, which decreases with increasing dipoledipole coupling between the two atoms. In a finite temperature, the concurrence decreases with increasing temperature, and the thermal entanglement vanishes in this JaynesCummings model when the system temperature reaches the critical temperature, which is proportional to the dipoledipole coupling strength of the two atoms. For typical experimental data, the critical temperature is on the order of 10-5K. In addition, there exists the quantum phase transition in this JaynesCummings model

Thermal Entanglement in the Multi-Photon Jaynes-Cummings Model with Atomic Motion

Jiaxing Li

Concurrence was adopted to investigate the thermal entanglement produced by resonant multi-photon Jaynes-Cummings model with atomic motion. The results showed the presence of a critical temperature, above which thermal entanglement of atom and cavity field mode vanished. The critical temperature increased with the increase in coupling constant and the number of photons absorbed or emitted per atomic transition. The concurrence decreased with increasing temperature. For typical experimental data, the critical temperature was around the order of 10-5 K.
