Abstract

The superpositions of the generalized odd and even qCSs in an electric field are constructed, and the antibunching effect is studied by the numerical calculating method. It shows that the parameters such as E,q and δ have an influence on the superpositions.

Nonclassical Properties of the Superposition of the qs-Coherent State

Chen Chang

In this paper, the superposition of the qs coherent states is constructed, and its nonclassical properties such as squeezing property, antibunching effect are studied. The effects of the superposition coefficient and deformed parameter q and s variables on these nonclassical properties are discussed by making use of numerical calculation. The relevant results of the even and odd qs coherent states, as special cases, are contained in more general conclusion of this paper.

ON NONCLASSICAL PROPERTIES OF EVEN AND ODD q-COHERENT STATES

Zhu Cong-xu, Fa-Bo Wang, Kuang Le-Man

Abstract We use the numerical method to study the influences of q deformation on the quantum statistical properties of even and odd q-coherent states (E一。q-C Ss).It is shown that nonclassical properties of E-0 q-CSs are very different from those of the usual even and odd coherent states (ECSs, OCSs). It is found that squeezing effect appears for both even and odd q-CSs and has quasiperiodicity, and the antibunching effect may appear for even q-CSs but disappear for odd q-CSs in some range of the parameters q and r.

Antibunching Effect of the Excited Two-Parameter Deformed Even and Odd Coherent States

Jun Jiang

The excited odd qs-coherent state and excited even qs-coherent state are constructed. The q , s , and m dependences of the antibunching effect are numerically studied. It is shown that for small r , the excited even qs-coherent state exhibits strong antibunching effect but the even qs-coherent state exhibits strong bunching effect; When the q ( q ≤ 1) is far from 1, as r2 increase, the second-order qs-correlation function exhibits oscillating phenomenon (i.e. alternates between antibunching effect and bunching effect) , whose amplitude and period increase as s and q decrease, but are approximately independent of m; When q→1, the second-order qs-correlation function also exhibits oscillating phenomenon, whose amplitude and period not only increase as 5 decreases but also are dependent on m; In general, the second-order qs -correlation function is more sensitive to s than to q .
