Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of key distribution,a quantum key distribution protocol based on W state and Bell state entanglement was proposed via quantum dense coding. In the scheme, the sender Alice codes the key successfully via local unitary operations, and the receiver Bob obtains the key with jointing measurement. All states can be used to transmit messages except those choosen for checking eavesdroppers,5 bits deterministic key were distributed by 5 particles.Security analysis result by using information theory shows that the scheme is secure, any eavesdroppers can be found in time.

Quantum deterministic key distribution protocol based on GHZ states entanglement swapping

Zhuansun Shaoshua

In order to improve the efficiency of deterministic key distribution,a quantum key distribution scheme based on GHZ states entanglement swapping was proposed.By sharing a pair of GHZ states between communicators,Bob can deduce deterministic key from classic information which was sent by Alice who took entanglement and measurement operation.Compared with other scheme based on GHZ entanglement state, two GHZ states produced by Bob in the proposed scheme and particles are distributed not by Alice, but Bob.Security analysis results show that any eavesdropper can be found in time. The proposed scheme has high distribution efficiency in that all the GHZ states can be used to transmit information except those chosen for checking eavesdroppers,it can reach the distribution efficiency at 60% and simple to operation.

Secure Quantum Key Distribution Network with Bell States and Local Unitary Operations

Chunyan Li, Hong-Yu Zhou, Yan Wang +1 more

We propose a theoretical scheme for secure quantum key distribution network following the ideas in quantum dense coding. In this scheme, the server of the network provides the service for preparing and measuring the Bell states, and the users encode the states with local unitary operations. For preventing the server from eavesdropping, we design a decoy when the particle is transmitted between the users. The scheme has high capacity as one particle carries two bits of information and its efficiency for qubits approaches 100%. Moreover, it is unnecessary for the users to store the quantum states, which makes this scheme more convenient in applications than others.

Quantum Key Distribution Scheme Based on Dense Encoding in Entangled States

Zhang Xiaolong, Yuexia Zhang, Kelin Gao

A quantum key distribution protocol, based on the quantum dense encoding in entangled states, is presented. In this protocol, we introduce an encoding process to encode, two classical bits information into one of the four one-qubit unitary operations implemented by Alice and the Bell states measurement implemented by Bob in stead of direct measuring the previously shared Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen pairs by both of the distant parties, Alice and Bob Considering the practical application we can get the conclusion that our protocol has some advantages. It not only simplifies the measurement which may induce potential errors, but also improves the effectively transmitted rate of the generated qubits by the raw key. Here we also discuss eavesdropping attacks against the scheme and the channel loss.

Quantum secure direct communication scheme based on d- dimensional Bell entangled state

Pengfei Weng, Hong Chen, Xiaoxia Cai +2 more

In order to improve the communication efficiency and security of Quantum Secure Direct Communication, a new Quantum Secure Direct Communication scheme based on d-dimension Bell entangled state is proposed. In the scheme, the receiver and the sender transport the d-dimensional Bell particles as secure test particles to ensure the security of communication. The receiver can calculate the security of the channel according to the measurement of d-dimensional Bell state particles, which is based on the entanglement properties of the d-dimensional Bell state. Secret information is transmitted through the other d-dimensional Bell state particles by dense coding technique. Then, the receiver can determine the security of the channel by comparing the measurements of the particles and makes a joint measurement of the transmitted particles to obtain secret information. Finally, the entropy theory is used to analyze the security of the protocol. Under the four dimensional Bell state, the transmission efficiency of the protocol is 90.90% and the efficiency of the quantum bit is 45.45%. The results show that the proposed scheme is safe and reliable and has high transmission efficiency.

Quantum secure direct communication based on quantum dense coding using a class of W-states

Jiang En-chun

According to the characteristics of a class of three-particle W-states and the quantum dense coding,a new quantum secure direct communication scheme is presented. All particles, which are transmitted, are used to encode secret information except for the particles for testing security, which can greatly improve the communication efficiency. In order to ensure the security of the scheme, the channel is tested two times using the entanglement correlation between particles of W-states in particle distribution phase. It can improve the detection rate for eavesdropper and the reduce information leakage by inserting decoy photons into particles and rearranging the order of particles in information transfer phase.Security analysis shows that the scheme can ensure information transfer security and improve communication efficiency.

One Step Quantum Key Distribution Protocol Based on the Hyperentangled Bell State

Yanyan Hou, Jian Li, Hengji Li +4 more

Considering the security and efficiency of quantum communication system, one step quantum key distribution protocol based on hyperentangled Bell state is proposed. Every 6 classical bits are divided into a group, which are encoded by single particle and hyperentangled Bell state, the sender Alice sends them to receiver Bob, Bob randomly selects the position of hyperentangled Bell state to measure and detects the existence of eavesdropper Eve by comparing measurement results in his hand and transmitted by Alice. Quantum key distribution protocol based on grouping is proposed to solve the storage problem of quantum information and improve the maneuverability, a security analysis is calculated under the intercept-measure-resend attack which introduce at least an error rate of 46.875%, if Eve wants to get all the information, the probability of detection eavesdropping under the entanglement-measure attack is 93.75%, so it proves that proposed protocol does not need to store the quantum state and asymptotically secure under intercept-measure-resend attack and entanglement-measure attack.
