By using the Pekeris approximation type, the Schrodinger equation is solved for the interaction ¨ of Coulomb and Hulthen potentials within the framework of supersymmetric approach and Nikiforov-Uvarov method. The energy levels are obtained with the corresponding wave functions in terms of hypergeometric functions.
In this work, we obtained an approximate bound state solution to Schrodinger with Hulthen plus exponential Coulombic potential with centrifugal potential barrier using parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method. We obtained both the eigen energy and the wave functions to non -relativistic wave equations. We implement Matlab algorithm to obtained the numerical bound state energies for various values of adjustable screening parameter at various quantum state..The developed potential reduces to Hulthen potential and the numerical bound state energy conform to that of existing literature.
The solution of the Schrödinger equation for a physical system in quantum mechanics is of great importance, because the knowledge of wave- function and energy spectrum contain all possible information about the physical properties of a system. In this paper, we have give solution of the Schrödinger equation in three dimensional curved space with Hulthen potential on the positive constant curvature. Then we achieve the wave-function and energy spectrum for the Hulthen potential. In order to solve the corresponding Schrödinger equation, we use of Nikiforov-Uvarov (N.U) method [1]. The N.U method is based on solving the second- order linear differential equations by reducing to a generalized equation of hypergeometric type.
We study the nonrelativistic Schrödinger equation for q-deformed Hulthen plus modified inversely quadratic Yukawa potential using the generalized parametric form of NIkiforov-Uvarov method. The energy eigenvalues and the corresponding normalized wave functions expressed in terms of hypergeometric function are obtained. We have also discussed four (4) special cases of this potential, i.e. Woods-Saxon, Hulthen, Morse and inversely quadratic potentials.
