We propose a scheme for teleportation of an unknown two-qubit entangled state via trapped ions. In this scheme, we use the GHZ state as a quantum channel and the success probability can reach 1. The distinct advantage of our scheme is insensitive to the heating of the vibrational mode. In addition, Bell-state measurement is not required.

Teleportation of an Unknown Entangled State in Trapped Ions

Chen Mei-Feng, Ma Song-She

A scheme is presented for teleportation of an unknown entangled ionic state between ions kept in two well separated traps, which is induced by means of two dispersive laser excitations. The scheme is insensitive to the thermal motion and its successful probability can reach 1.

Deterministic and Multi-Controlled Teleportation of an Arbitrary Unknown Two-Ion State in Ion-Trap System

Lin Xiu

We propose a simple scheme for deterministic and multi-controlled teleportation of an arbitrary unknown two-level two-ion state in ion-trap system. In the scheme, the special entangled W states used as quantum channels and the requisite unitary transformations may be achieved via a single resonant interaction, respectively. The required time to complete the whole procedure does not increase with the number of agents.
