Abstract

We propose a scheme on secret sharing of an arbitrary two-atom entanglement via entanglement swapping in cavity QED. Accompanying with the increasing of the number of the uncooperative controllers, the eavesdropper's successful eavesdropping probability decreases.

Secret sharing of quantum information via entanglement swapping

Ying-Qiao Zhang, Jin Xing-Ri, Zhang Shou

Based on entanglement swapping, a scheme for the secret sharing of an arbitrary two-particle entangled state is proposed. If the controllers do not co-operate with the eavesdropper, the eavesdropper's successful probability decreases with the number of the controllers increasing. In addition, only the Bell-state measurements are required to realize the secret sharing scheme.

Entanglement swapping with atoms separated by long distance

Chun-Hua Yuan, 欧永成, Zhang Zhi-Ming

This paper proposes a scheme for entanglement swapping based on cavity QED. The two atoms to be entanglement-swapped can be separated over long distance. The scheme is a non-post-selection one with the success probability of 1/2.

ENTANGLEMENT SWAPPING AND QUANTUM COMMUNICATION IN CAVITY QED

Chuan-Jia Shan, Ji-Bing Liu, W. W. Cheng +3 more

We study entanglement swapping and quantum communication in the context of cavity QED. We first present an entanglement swapping scheme in cavities where two atoms without interacting previously can be entangled with the success probability unity. Then, conditioned on a novel property of entanglement swapping, we propose a secure direct communication protocol, in which two legitimate users can communicate deterministically.

IMPLEMENTING ENTANGLEMENT SWAPPING WITH A THERMAL CAVITY

Zhi He, Chao‐Yun Long, Shuijie Qin +1 more

We proposed a scheme to implement the entanglement swapping based on cavity QED. Using this scheme, we can obtain the entanglement swapping with the success probability of 100% for a two atoms system and a three atoms system respectively, and the entanglement swapping is insensitive to both the cavity decay and thermal field.

A modified protocol of quantum state sharing based on entanglement swapping and random EPR selection

Jian Tao Dong, Jianfu Teng, Shuyan Wang

Quantum secret sharing (QSS), an important branch of quantum communication, is the generalization of classical secret sharing into quantum scenario. The secret messages are split into several parts, and each part is distributed to a separate party so that no action of a subset of all the parties without the cooperation of the entire group is able to read out the secret messages. In this paper, a quantum state sharing protocol is proposed by using entanglement swapping and random EPR selection. The EPR pairs of Bell-state measurement are selected randomly by the sender Alice, which can improve the security of the scheme and raise probability of detecting Eve to 95.8%. In addition, difference coding is used in this protocol to achieve a high efficiency. The security of the present multiparty QSS against eavesdropping has been analyzed. It is convenient in application as it require only two qubit entanglements, one measuring-basis and two-qubit joint measurements, not GHZ states, for sharing an arbitrary secret two-qubit state.
