Probabilistic logic of quantum computers

Su‐Shing Chen

Recently, quantum computers have been proposed as potentially the next-generation computer systems which will overcome the physical and computational limitations of current solid state technology. This paper suggests that the natural logic of quantum computers should be the probabilistic logic rather than the ordinary logic. In probabilistic logic, computational problems formulated directly may be solved with much less complexities by quantum computers.

Probability Logic Quantum Computing (PLQC)

Jincheng Zhang

Probability Logic Quantum Computing (PLQC) presents a novel approach to quantum computing by integrating the fundamental principles of probability logic into the core computational process. This research explores the potential of leveraging the inherent strengths of probability logic – such as its ability to handle uncertainty and probabilistic outcomes – to enhance the efficiency and stability of quantum algorithms. The core mechanism focuses on modifying quantum gate operations and quantum circuit design to actively incorporate probabilistic elements, thereby mitigating the inherent challenges of quantum systems. This paper investigates the feasibility of implementing PLQC, outlining its potential benefits and challenges, and providing a preliminary analysis of its design principles. The goal is to establish a robust and scalable framework for quantum computing that surpasses the limitations of traditional approaches.

The probability quantum computation

Anton Valerievich Tkachenko

The paper is concerned with analysis of the feasibility of probabilistic calculations on the basis of the quantum mechanics. The paper considers the ternary logic, as a special case of multiple variables logic, which is realized through the expansion of the Hilbert space. Also the GHZ state and the possibility of its application in probabilistic calculations was analyzed. On this basis it was concluded that the creation of a probabilistic computer may arise due to asymmet GHZ states.
