Abstract

We present a scheme to teleport an entanglement of zero- and one-photon states from one cavity to another. The scheme, which has 100% success probability, relies on two perfect and identical bimodal cavities, a collection of two kinds of two-level atoms, a three-level atom in a ladder configuration driven by a classical field, Ramsey zones, and selective atomic-state detectors.

Transferring a cavity field entangled state in cavity QED

Ye Liu, Guang‐Can Guo

We propose a scheme for transferring an entanglement of zero- and one-photon states from one cavity to another. The scheme, which has 100% success probability, is mainly based on a two-mode cavity dispersively interacting with a three-level atom in the Λ configuration and does not involve Bell-state measurement. This scheme can also be used to teleport an unknown atomic state.

Teleporting a state inside a single bimodal high- Q cavity

Geisa Pires, Ardiley Torres Avelar, B. Baseia +1 more

We discuss a simplified scheme to teleport a state from one mode to another of the same bimodal cavity, with these two modes having distinct frequencies and orthogonal polarizations. The scheme employs two two-level (Rydberg) atoms plus classical fields (Ramsey zones) and selective atomic state detectors. The result has potential use for the manipulation of quantum information processing.

Teleportation of a cavity-radiation-field state: An alternative scheme

M. H. Y. Moussa

We present an alternative and experimentally feasible scheme to realize the teleportation of a cavity mode in a coherent superposition of zero-, one-, and two-photon field states. Particular nonmaximally entangled states of two-level atoms and particular cavity modes are employed and their preparation is discussed. A Ramsey-type arrangement, together with pointer atoms, is required to prepare the atomic entangled states as well as to read out the cavity system. Basically, the pointer atoms induce the state-vector collapse of the field in the cavity system and indicate, through their detection, the measurement result. \textcopyright{} 1996 The American Physical Society.

Transferring of a Two-Mode Entangled State Between Two Cavities via Cavity QED

Tao Wu, NI Zhi-xiang, Ye Liu

We propose a scheme for transferring of a two-mode entanglement of zero- or one-photon entangled states between two cavities via atom-cavity field resonant interaction. In our proposal, in order to transfer the entangled state, we only need two identical two-level atoms and a two-mode cavity for receiving the teleported state. This scheme does not require Bell-state measurement and performing any transformations to reconstruct the initial state. And the transfer can occur with 100% success probability in a simple manner. And a network for transferring of a two-mode entangled state between cavities is suggested. This scheme can also be extended to transfer N -mode entangled state of cavity.

Teleportation of entangled states without Bell-state measurement

Wesley Bueno Cardoso, Ardiley Torres Avelar, B. Baseia +1 more

In a recent paper [Phys. Rev. A 70, 025803 (2004)] we presented a scheme to teleport an entanglement of zero- and one-photon states from a bimodal cavity to another one, with 100% success probability. Here, inspired by recent results in the literature, we have modified our previous proposal to teleport the same entangled state without using Bell-state measurements. For comparison, the time spent, the fidelity, and the success probability for this teleportation are considered.

A scheme for approximate conditional teleportation of entangled two-mode cavity state without Bell state measurement

Zhong Zhi-Rong

An alternative scheme to approximately conditionally teleport entangled two-mode cavity state without Bell state measurement in cavity QED is proposed. The scheme is based on the resonant interaction of a ladder-type three-level atom with two bimodal cavities. The entangled cavity state is reconstructed with only one atom interacting with the two cavities successively.
