Abstract

In this paper, we study a new quantum reversible effect for a three-level atom which interacts with electromagnetic cavity field. We investigate the reversible conditions for a three-level atom that is in resonance with two cavity modes and in off resonance with a single mode of cavity. The possibility of the reversible factorization between the atom and cavity radiation is the subject of this work. It is found the reversible condition for which these quantum subsystems can (or not) restore their diagonal moments.

About collapse and revivals of two quantum oscillators in off-resonance interaction

N. A. Enaki, Nellu Ciobanu

The off-resonance effect and its influence on the reversibility between two quantum subsystems in interaction (single mode cavity field and a three-level atom in cascade configuration) are studied. The partial restoration condition is found at which these radiators can restore their diagonal moments, while the non-diagonal ones remain correlated after the interaction process.

Reversibility of quantum states for non-equidistant three-level atom in interaction with bimodal cavity field

N. A. Enaki, Nellu Ciobanu

A new reversible effect of three-level atom in interaction with quantum bimodal cavity field is proposed. The problem consists in the possibility of realization of initial separate state of atom and electromagnetic field after flying time through the cavity field. The discrete values for the flying time interval, which corresponds to the reversibility of the quantum states, were found. The quantum properties of bimodal field, which satisfy the optical trapping conditions for the atom flying through the cavity, were studied. The recursion relation for the amplitude of the electromagnetic field in decompositions on the Fock states was obtained.
