Solving a coupled-channel cavity QED model using supersymmetric unitary transformation

Song Tong-Qiang, Hong-Yi Fan

In this paper, we use supersymmetric unitary transformation theory to solve a coupled-channel cavity QED model which includes the Stark term and frequency detuning. We give the eigenvalue, eigenstates and time evolution of the state vector of the system.

Two-channel light-matter interactions in cavity QED

Ravinder Rupchand Puri, Liwei Wang, Joseph H. Eberly

We will describe several two-channel models of quantized light-matter interactions. In the context of few-mode cavity QED these models provide analogs of familiar optical processes, such as wave mixing, optical pumping, quantum beats, downconversion, and two-photon lasing, none of which have satisfactory analogs in the (one-channel) Jaynes-Cummings model and its extensions. We will mention methods for the exact solution of these models and a few elementary predictions of nonclassical character.

Exact Solution of the Milburn Equation for the Coupled—Channel Cavity QED Model

SONGTong Qiang, FANHong-Yi

We give the exact solution of Milburn equation for a coupled-channel cavity QED model which includes the Stark term and the frequency detuning, and study the influence of the intrinsic decoherence on the atomic inversion of the system.
