Abstract

A quantum secret sharing protocol between multiparty and multiparty based on squeezed state is proposed. In the protocol, the members in the Alice group code the secret information on the quantum states prepared by the members in the Bob group. The groups Alice and Bob share a classical secret. The secret could be reconstructed if and only if all the members of the group Alice or the group Bob collaborate, any part of each group can't reconstruct the secret. Compared with the protocols based on single photon, this protocol is more efficient and realized more simply. The analysis shows that the protocol is secure.

Quantum Secret Sharing Protocol between Multiparty and Multiparty with Single Photons and Unitary Transformations

Yan Feng-Li, Gao Ting, You‐Cheng Li

We propose a scheme of quantum secret sharing between Alice's group and Bob's group with single photons and unitary transformations. In the protocol, one member in Alice's group prepares a sequence of single photons in one of four different states, while other members directly encode their information on the sequence of single photons via unitary operations; after that, the last member sends the sequence of single photons to Bob's group. Then Bob's, except for the last one, do work similarly. Finally the last member in Bob's group measures the qubits. If the security of the quantum channel is guaranteed by some tests, then the qubit states sent by the last member of Alice's group can be used as key bits for secret sharing. It is shown that this scheme is safe.

Quantum secret sharing between multiparty and multiparty without entanglement

Fengli Yan, Ting Gao

We propose a quantum secret sharing protocol between multiparty ($m$ members in group 1) and multiparty ($n$ members in group 2) using a sequence of single photons. These single photons are used directly to encode classical information in a quantum secret sharing process. In this protocol, all members in group 1 directly encode their respective keys on the states of single photons via unitary operations; then, the last one (the $m\mathrm{th}$ member of group 1) sends $1∕n$ of the resulting qubits to each of group 2. Thus the secret message shared by all members of group 1 is shared by all members of group 2 in such a way that no subset of each group is efficient to read the secret message, but the entire set (not only group 1 but also group 2) is. We also show that it is unconditionally secure. This protocol is feasible with present-day techniques.

Cryptanalysis and Improvement of a Quantum Secret Sharing Protocol between Multiparty and Multiparty with Single Photons and Unitary Transformations

Zhen-Chao Zhu, Yuqing Zhang

In a recent paper [ Chin. Phys. Lett 25(2008)1187 ], a quantum secret sharing scheme between multiparty and multiparty was presented. We show that the protocol is not secure because the last member in Alice's group can illegally obtain most secret messages without introducing any error. Finally, a possible way to avoid the security flaw is suggested.

Multiparty quantum secret sharing

Zhanjun Zhang, Yong Li, Zhong‐Xiao Man

Based on a quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) protocol [Phys. Rev. A 69 052319 (2004)], we propose a $(n,n)$-threshold scheme of multiparty quantum secret sharing of classical messages (QSSCM) using only single photons. We take advantage of this multiparty QSSCM scheme to establish a scheme of multiparty secret sharing of quantum information (SSQI), in which only all quantum information receivers collaborate can the original qubit be reconstructed. A general idea is also proposed for constructing multiparty SSQI schemes from any QSSCM scheme.

Multiparty Quantum Secret Sharing Protocol with Authentication

Xiaofen Liu, Xuanhui Yan, Zhiqiang Yao

Utilizing the advantage of Bell state,a multiparty quantum secret sharing protocol with authentication is put forward. In the protocol, the deal encodes two classical bits of secret message on the quantum carrier though performing local unitary operation. He splits the secret message into n shares and then distributes them to n agents via entanglement swapping. Each agent makes a Bell state measurement on the particles in his hand, and obtains his piece of secret according to the measurement result. In the process of reconstruction, these n agents declare respectively their pieces of secret, and recover the secret message if and only if they collaborate. At the same time, combining the technology of Hash function, the identities of the deal and the agents are authenticated.Hence, one main goal of designing the presented protocol,two-way authentication,is achieved. Moreover,we analyze the security and authentication of the presented protocol in detail. It is shown that this protocol can stand against the attacks of outside eavesdropper and inside participant, which means that it is secure in theory. In addition, since the Bell state was used at most,as compared with other quantum secret sharing protocols, the implementation of the presented protocol is more feasible in the current technical conditions.
