Abstract

Fair multi-party exchange protocol is one of the foundation electronic commerce, but at present, the study of multi-party fair exchange protocol is very weak. Aiming at solving this problem, we present a secure and efficient ID-based fair multi-party exchange protocol with off-line semi-trusted third party. Application of multi-receiver identity-based encryption and PVSS scheme ensure security and efficiency of this new protocol. And it applied to multi-party certified e-mail exchange in network environment.

Multi-party fair exchange protocol with an Off-line Semi-Trust Third Party

Yang Zhao, Zhiguang Qin, Tian Lan +2 more

A multi-party fair exchange protocol is a cryptographic protocol allowing several parties to exchange electronic items in such a way that everyone gives an item away if and only if it receives an item in return. In this paper, we present a new multi-party fair exchange protocol with an Off-line Semi-Trust Third Party (OSTTP). The new protocol can ensure strong fairness and the OSTTP can't get the exchanged secrets without conspiring with any participants.

Fair exchange protocol with off-line semi-trusted third party

Zhou Xuan-wu

As the core of electronic commerce, fair exchange protocol is a main trend in nowadays research.Based on classic protocol of Jianying Zhou's,this paper proposes a new concise and highly efficient fair exchange protocol. It uses Hash function and two signatures to ensure the commutative message true and safe. When dissension is happened,Trusted Third Party only need to publish H(K).Compared with Jianying Zhou's,this new protocol is more efficient.

An identity-based scheme of fair exchange of digital signatures

Yong Hong Yu, Bo Yang, Yang Guoqing

Fair exchange of digital signatures is an important tool for signing digital contracts, e-payment and other electronic commerce actions. An ID-based scheme of fair exchange of digital signature is proposed in this paper. The protocol relies on a trusted third party, but is “optimistic”, in that the third party is only needed in cases where one player attempts to cheat or simply crashes. The proposed scheme has properties of short signature, low computation and verification cost. It can realize exchange of digital signatures fairly and efficiently. A key feature of our scheme is that it is identity-based, which needs no certificates and has a simple key management. To our best knowledge, this is the first identity-based scheme of fair exchange of digital signatures.

A Fair Electronic Contract Signing Protocol Based on Off-Line Trusted Third Party

Meiling Liu

Electronic contract signing is an important issue in electronic commerce, while fair electronic contract signing protocol is an application model of fair exchange protocol, but there were defects in traditional fair electronic contract signing protocols.Presents a new fair electronic contract signing protocol based on the off-line trusted third party. The protocol effectively prevents all kinds of security attacks, and improves the efficiency of the implementation. The security of the newly devised scheme is also examined and proved. It is showed that fair processes of exchange activities are guaranteed in this protocol.

A multi-party non-repudiation protocol with semi-trusted third party

Wang Caifen, Jianhua Ge, Xinjun Du +3 more

Multi-party exchange protocols are so widely used in electronic commerce that more and more attention is being paid to designing multi-party protocols or algorithms. Multi-party protocols with non-repudiation play an important role in data fair exchange in the Internet. In this paper, we present a new multi-party protocol with off-line semi-trusted third party (STTP). The protocol is very efficient, at most 5|R|message are broadcast.
