Abstract

Multiparty remote state preparation (MRSP) is a procedure for multiparty collaboration with each other for remote preparation of a known quantum state to a distant party. We show that it is possible to achieve a unity fidelity remote preparation of the state by properly choosing the measurement basis. This protocol may be used for converging the split information at one point.

We present a linear optical protocol for multiparty remote state preparation (MRSP) in terms of optical elements. MRPS is a procedure for multiparty collaboration with each other to remote preparation of a known quantum state to a distant party. We show that it is possible to achieve unity fidelity remote preparation of the polarization state using optical elements. This protocol may be used for converging the split information at one point.

MULTIPARTY REMOTELY PREPARING MULTIPARTITE EQUATORIAL ENTANGLED STATES IN HIGH DIMENSIONS

Yi-Bao Li, Kui Hou, Shi Shou-Hua

We propose two kinds of schemes for multiparty remote state preparation (MRSP) of the multiparticle d-dimensional equatorial quantum states by using partial entangled state as the quantum channel. Unlike more remote state preparation scheme which only one sender knows the original state to be remotely prepared, the quantum state is shared by two-party or multiparty in this scheme. We show that if and only if all the senders agree to collaborate with each other, the receiver can recover the original state with certain probability. It is found that the total success probability of MRSP is only by means of the smaller coefficients of the quantum channel and the dimension d.

Remote State Preparation for Multiple Parties

Wenhan Dai, Tianyi Peng, Moe Z. Win

Remote state preparation (RSP) is a technique to transmit quantum states with classical communication and previously shared entanglement. In this paper, we consider RSP in a multiparty setting. A simple yet nontrivial case is studied, where there is one sender and two receivers. We put forth a broadcasting method for developing multiparty RSP protocols. We show that this method can remotely prepare arbitrary states by consuming classical and quantum resources. For preparing highly entangled states, the proposed method achieves the lower bound for the amount of consumed resources asymptotically.

Nonmaximal Entanglement Can Make Joint Remote State Preparation Absolutely Secure

Cao Thi Bich, Nguyen Ba An

Joint remote state preparation is a multiparty global quantum task in which several parties are assigned to jointly prepare a quantum state for a remote party. Although various protocols have been proposed so far, none of them are absolutely secure in the sense that the legitimate parties (the preparers plus the receiver) can by no means identify the state to be prepared even if they all collude with each other. Here we resolve this drawback by employing the quantum channel in terms of nonmaximally entangled states whose parameters are kept secret to all the participants but used to split the information in a judicious way so that not only absolute security in the above-mentioned sense is achieved but also the performance is the simplest possible.

Multiparty‐Controlled Joint Remote State Preparation Without Multipartite Entanglement

Hao Jia, Yu‐Guang Yang, Yuechao Wang +4 more

Abstract Multiparty‐controlled joint remote state preparation (MCJRSP) enables multiple senders to jointly prepare an arbitrary state for a distant receiver via the control of multiple agents within a quantum network. The multipartite Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) state is commonly employed as a key resource in MCJRSP protocols. However, the depth requirements of unitary circuits for GHZ state preparation and the unreliable long‐distance distribution of GHZ states limit the practical applications of these MCJRSP tasks under current conditions. To overcome these limitations, a practical MCJRSP scheme is presented for remotely preparing arbitrary single‐particle state without GHZ states. This scheme is further extended to remote preparation of arbitrary multi‐particle state. The performance of the protocol is analyzed under certain types of noise, and compare it with existing GHZ‐state‐based protocols. The results indicate that the protocol exhibits superior robustness under noisy conditions when preparing multi‐particle states. Moreover, it requires fewer quantum resources and does not necessitate classical communication. Additionally, the protocol offers a unique advantage: it can tolerate an arbitrary number of non‐responsive agents. This study provides a more feasible and efficient approach for realizing MCJRSP in long‐distance quantum communication networks.

Exact remote state preparation for multiparties

Pankaj Agrawal, Preeti Parashar, Arun Kumar Pati

We discuss the exact remote state preparation protocol of special ensembles of qubits at multiple locations. We also present generalization of this protocol for higher dimensional Hilbert space systems for multiparties. Using the `dark states', the analogue of singlet EPR pair for multiparties in higher dimension as quantum channel, we show several instances of remote state preparation protocol using multiparticle measurement and classical communication.
