Abstract

In this paper, we investigate novel protocols for the joint remote state preparation involving several senders and receivers. The highlight of our paper lies in two aspects. First, we focus on the distribution of information among multiple senders and receivers. Second, each receiver can simultaneously reconstruct a qubit state containing the joint information from all senders. These properties imply that our protocols may have many extensive applications in burgeoning quantum network communication. Our protocols cover a variety of class, i.e. two-to-three, N-to-three, and N-to-M. Through introducing the quantum fourier transform, the set of orthogonal basis in the M-dimensional Hilbert space is ingeniously constructed. Moreover, we present all the recovery operations in details. The success probability and the classical communication costs are also given.

JOINT REMOTE PREPARATION OF ARBITRARY THREE-QUBIT STATES

Peng Jia-yin, Ming‐Xing Luo, Zhiwen Mo +1 more

The protocols for jointly preparing three-particle state from a spatially separated multi-sender to one receiver are presented in this paper. The first scheme with two senders is proposed and shown to be a flexible deterministically. And then it is generalized to the multi-sender with improved success probability, by only adding some classical communications.

FLEXIBLE DETERMINISTIC JOINT REMOTE STATE PREPARATION OF SOME STATES

Peng Jia-yin, MING-XING LUO, Zhiwen Mo +1 more

We provide a new joint remote preparation scheme for some states. By designing some appropriate measurement bases, two separate parties can jointly prepare a three-qubit state for a remote receiver. The receiver may be assigned during the remote preparation progress. This scheme is extended to M > 2 senders for special two-qubit state. Our scheme succeeds with unit probability and is applicable to a certain realistic situation.

Joint remote preparation of an arbitrary four-qubit |\c{hi}>-type entangled state

Hao Fu, Gui-Bin Chen, Xiaowei Li +2 more

We present two schemes for joint remote preparation of an arbitrary four-qubit j\c{hi}i -type entangled state via three three- and (N+1)-qubit GHZ states as the quantum channel, respectively. In these schemes, two senders (or N senders) share the original state which they wish to help the receiver to remotely prepare. To complete the JRSP schemes, several novel sets of mutually orthogonal basis vectors are introduced. It is shown that, only if two senders (or N senders) collaborate with each other, and perform projective measurements under suitable measuring basis on their own qubits respectively, the receiver can reconstruct the original state by means of some appropriate unitary operations and suitable C-NOT gates. Compared with the previous schemes for the JRSP of four-qubit |\c{hi}>-type state, the advantages of the present schemes are that the total successful probability of JRSP can reach 1 and the entanglement resource can be reduced

We propose two protocols for remotely preparing a two-qubit entangled state, where the quantum channels take the form of one-dimensional four-qubit cluster and cluster-class states, respectively. The total success probability and classical communication cost are also calculated.

Joint remote state preparation of arbitrary two- and three-qubit states

Xiao-Qi Xiao, Jin‐Ming Liu, Guihua Zeng

We present a scheme for joint remote preparation of an arbitrary two-qubit pure state in a probabilistic manner from a spatially separated multi-sender to one receiver; the scheme is then extended to the arbitrary three-qubit case. We show that by adding some classical communication and local operations, the success probability of preparation can be increased to four times for two-qubit states and eight times for three-qubit states, and can reach one under certain conditions.

JOINT REMOTE PREPARATION OF A MULTI-QUBIT GHZ-CLASS STATE VIA BIPARTITE ENTANGLEMENTS

Zhang-Yin Wang

By joint actions of two separate two-qubit projective measurements, I present a new protocol for remotely preparing a two-qubit state via the shared three bipartite entanglements. The success probability and the classical communication cost are also minutely calculated. Then I concisely generalize it to multi-party case and multi-qubit state case, respectively. In contrast to the previous schemes [Int. J. Theor. Phys.48 (2009) 2005; Int. J. Theor. Phys.46 (2007) 2378; Commun. Theor. Phys.47 (2007) 247], this protocol has distinct advantages overwhelming the above ones as far as quantum resource consumption and quantum operation difficulty or intensity are concerned.
