Abstract

Position-based cryptography has attracted lots of researchers' attention. In the mobile Internet, there are many position-based security applications. For the first time, one new conception-proxy multi-signature binding positioning protocols, is proposed. Based on one secure positioning protocol, one model of the proxy multi-signature binding positioning protocols is proposed. In the model, positioning protocols are bound to proxy multi-signature tightly, not loosely. Further, we propose one scheme of proxy multi-signature binding positioning protocols. As far as we know, it is the first scheme of proxy multi-signature binding positioning protocols.

Position-based cryptography has attracted lots of researchers’ attention. In the mobile Internet, there are lots of position-based security applications. For the first time, one new conception, positioning-protocol-based symmetric cryptography is proposed. Based on one secure positioning protocol, one symmetric model is proposed. In the model, positioning protocols are bound to symmetric cryptography tightly, not loosely. Moreover, we propose one concrete positioning-protocol-based symmetric scheme, its correctness is proved. To our best knowledge, it is the first positioning-protocol-based symmetric scheme.

Design of a Protocol to Delegate Signing Right for Multi-level Proxy Signature

Seong-Yeol Kim

Proxy signature schemes which allows original signer to delegate proxy signer to sign message on its behalf have a considerable amount of interest from researchers since Mambo[1] and have found many practical applications such as distributed network, Grid computing and electronic commerce. Araki[6] extended them to multi-level proxy signature. But it could not satisfy some security requirement. In this paper we propose a protocol to delegate signing right to another entity for multi-level proxy signature. Our protocol do not require secure channel and guarantee that nobody is able to repudiate delegation or acceptance of signing right, it is impossible for anyone to generate signature except designed and original signer can withdraw the delegation before expiration if it is necessary.

Quantum proxy signature with provable security

Xiangjun Xin, Qinglan Yang, Fagen Li

A quantum proxy signature scheme makes the proxy signer can generate a quantum signature on behalf of the original signer. Although many quantum proxy signature schemes have been proposed, none of them can be formally proved to be secure. There is not even security model for the quantum proxy signatures. Some quantum proxy signature schemes have been proved to be insecure against forgery attacks. In this paper, first, the formal definition and the corresponding security model for the quantum proxy signatures are proposed. Second, based on the Hadamard operator and the controlled NOT operation, a new quantum proxy signature scheme is proposed. The security of our quantum proxy signature scheme can be formally proved under security model. The security model of the quantum proxy signatures is helpful for analyzing and improving the security of the quantum proxy signature schemes. On the other hand, compared with the other quantum proxy signatures, the new one proposed in this paper is the first that can be formally proved to be secure under security model.

A tightly secure multi-party-signature protocol in the plain model

Lihao Wei, Jieqing Ai, Shenghan Liu

A multi-party-signature protocol enables an ensemble of entities to sign on a message to produce a compressed signature. Recently, a lot of multi-party-signature protocols have been proposed in the security field. However, these schemes suffer either from impractical assumptions or from loose security reductions. This paper address all these issues by presenting a practical multi-party-signature protocol. Specifically, the designed multiparty-signature protocol is secure tightly connected to the Computational Diffie-Hellman (CDH) problem in the plain model. Moreover, the multi-party-signature size is small and the communication cost is very low.
