Abstract

An experimentally feasible scheme for teleporting an arbitrary and unknown entangled state is proposed. In this paper, we use a cluster state as the quantum channel, and we do not need any joint Bell-state measurement (BSM). Our scheme is based on Josephson charge qubits, and the successful probability and fidelity of teleportation can both reach unity. Moreover, the current scheme can be realized within the current experimental technology.

QUANTUM TELEPORTATION OF AN ARBITRARY N-QUBIT STATE VIA NON-MAXIMALLY ENTANGLED STATE

Liu Yu-Ling, Zhong‐Xiao Man, Yun‐Jie Xia

We explicitly present two schemes for quantum teleportation of an arbitrary N-qubit entangled state using, respectively, non-maximally entangled Bell states and GHZ states as the quantum channels, and generalized Bell states as the measurement basis. The scheme succeeds with unit fidelity but less than unit probability. By introducing additional qubit and unitary operations, the success probability of these two schemes can be increased.

PROBABILISTIC TELEPORTATION OF AN ARBITRARY TWO-QUBIT STATE VIA ONE-DIMENSIONAL FOUR-QUBIT CLUSTER-CLASS STATE

Lian-Fang Han, Hao Yuan

An explicit scheme for probabilistically teleporting an arbitrary two-qubit state is proposed by using a one-dimensional four-qubit cluster-class state as the quantum channel. In the scheme, the sender first performs two Bell state measurements (BSMs). Then with the sender's help, the receiver can reconstruct the original state probabilistically by introducing an auxiliary qubit and making appropriate unitary operations. Moreover, the total success probability and classical communication cost of the present scheme are also calculated.

Teleportation of a two-qubit arbitrary unknown state using a four-qubit genuine entangled state with the combination of bell-state measurements

Dong Li, Xiao‐Ming Xiu, Yuan‐Peng Ren +2 more

We propose a protocol transferring an arbitrary unknown two-qubit state using the quantum channel of a four-qubit genuine entangled state. Simplifying the four-qubit joint measurement to the combination of Bell-state measurements, it can be realized more easily with currently available technologies.
