Abstract

A special case of the 20-vertex model on a triangular lattice is solved exactly for all temperatures by the method of Bethe ansatz. The model exhibits no phase transition.

32-vertex model on the triangular lattice

J. E. Sacco, Fa Yueh Wu

The 32-vertex model on a triangular lattice is solved exactly in two special cases. In one case the model is reducible to a three-spin Ising model and has the exponents alpha = alpha '= 2 / 3 . The other soluble case is the free-fermion model which exhibits the Ising behaviour but may possess multiple transitions.

Perimeter Bethe ansatz

R. J. Baxter

The partition function of a finite Z-invariant six-vertex lattice model (with a prescribed arrow configuration at the boundary) is given. The expression is of the same type that occurs in the Bethe ansatz, but there are no 'wavenumber' equations to solve.

Exact Solution for the Osp(1|2n) Vertex Model under Open Boundary Conditions

李广良

We exactly solve the Osp(1|2n) vertex model with two different diagonal reflecting matrices with the nested Bethe ansatz method. It is shown that our results agree with that obtained by analytical Bethe ansatz method.

A crash course on the simple Bethe Ansatz

Jeffrey Robert Schmidt

The simple Bethe Ansatz is illustrated step by step in great detail for a variety of many-body quantum problems and lattice models. The focus is on a constructive presentation in which the problems of determining the spectral conditions and full wave functions are completely and transparently solved for the cases of the isotropic Heisenberg chain, N bosons or spin ħ/2 fermions with δ-function interactions, the XX-Heisenberg chain, and the six-vertex model. Algebraic Bethe Ansatz Solution to C N Vertex Model with Open Boundary Conditions

Guang-Liang Li, Kangjie Shi, Rui‐Hong Yue

We present three diagonal reflecting matrices for the C N vertex model with open boundary conditions and exactly solve the model by using the algebraic Bethe ansatz. The eigenvector is constructed and the eigenvalue and the associated Bethe equations are achieved. All the unwanted terms are cancelled out by three kinds of identities.

Exact Results for the Eight-Vertex Model in Three Dimensions

Bill Sutherland

A generalized duality argument, similar to the treatment of the two-dimensional Ising model by Kramers and Wannier, is used to locate the transition temperature of the eightvertex model in three dimensions.
