A New Method of the Functional Integral Constructed Directly from Hamiltonian

Zhong-Can Zhang, Chong-Sheng Li, An-Sheng Wei

We establish a new method of constructing the functional integral for the matrix elements of the time evolution operator of quantum system directly from the Hamiltonian. In this first paper, we present the general principles and methods, and realize the construction of the functional integral for a two-dimensional Hamiltonian. In the second paper, the method is extended to arbitrary -dimensional state space.

A New Method of Constructing the Functional Integral Directly from Hamiltonian in N (> 2)-Dimensional State space

Zhong-Can Zhang, Chong-Sheng Li, Yan-Sheng We

Using the new method of constructing the functional path integral in state space, we accomplished the construction of the functional path integral in N (> 2)-dimensional state space, and illustrated it with the example of n = 3 dimensional case that leads to the same results with others.
