Klein’s paradox

Abstract

Klein’s paradox is shown to be resolved by a careful consideration of Feynman’s picture of antiparticles as negative energy solutions traveling backward in time. Implications associated with the spin-statistics theorem are pointed out.

Antiparticle in the Light of Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen Paradox and Klein Paradox

Guang-jiong Ni, Guan Hong, Zhou Weimin +1 more

The original version of Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen paradox and the Klein paradox of Klein-Gordon equation are discussed to show the necessity of existence of antiparticle with its wave function being fixed unambiguously. No concept of "hole" is needed.

Klein's Paradox and Its Resolution

Alex Hansen, F. Ravndal

Klein's paradox is resolved in simple diagrammatic terms arising from considerations of its analogue in classical relativistic mechanics. The same results are also obtained directly from standard operator methods of quantum field theory.

Klein Paradox for the Klein-Gordon Equation

Rolf G. Winter

The behavior of a beam of spin-zero particles incident on a region of large potential increase is examined. The results are compared with those obtained from similar computations employing the Dirac equation. This comparison yields an instructive illustration of the difference between particles and antiparticles in spin zero and spin one-half single-particle theory.

A Krein quantization approach to Klein paradox

Farrin, Payandeh, Toradj +7 more

In this paper we first introduce the famous Klein paradox.Afterwards by proposing the Krein quantization approach and taking the negative modes into account,we will show that the expected and exact current densities could be achieved without confronting any paradox.

A Krein quantization approach to Klein paradox

In this paper we first introduce the famous Klein paradox. Afterwards by proposing the Krein quantization approach and taking the negative modes into account, we will show that the expected and exact current densities could be achieved without confronting any paradox.
