ON THE BETHE ANSATZ FOR A FERMIONIC CHAIN WITH LONG RANGE INTERACTION

Abstract

Using the methodology of Wadati et al. and de Vega we have constructed a fermionic chain with long range interaction. The Bethe states are explicitly constructed and the energy and momentum eigenvalues of excited states are determined.

Bethe ansatz for spin-1 chain with long-range interaction

A G Choudhury, Asesh Roy Chowdhury

A fusion procedure for the R-matrices with disorder parameter mu i and the power-series expansion technique of de Vega (1984) have been used to construct a spin-1 chain with a long-range interaction. The energy eigenvalue and the equation for the momenta for the state containing m-excitations are determined with the help of the algebraic Bethe ansatz.

Integrability and exact solution of an electronic model with long range interactions

Katrina Hibberd, Jon Links

We present an electronic model with long range interactions. Through the quantum inverse scattering method, integrability of the model is established using a one- parameter family of typical irreducible representations of gl (2|l). The eigenvalues of the conserved operators are derived in terms of the Bethe ansatz, from which the energy eigenvalues of the Hamiltonian are obtained.

A crash course on the simple Bethe Ansatz

Jeffrey Robert Schmidt

The simple Bethe Ansatz is illustrated step by step in great detail for a variety of many-body quantum problems and lattice models. The focus is on a constructive presentation in which the problems of determining the spectral conditions and full wave functions are completely and transparently solved for the cases of the isotropic Heisenberg chain, N bosons or spin ħ/2 fermions with δ-function interactions, the XX-Heisenberg chain, and the six-vertex model. Ground state and excitations of the extended Hubbard model

D. F. Wang, James T. Liu

We examine the ground state and excitations of the one dimensional extended Hubbard model with long range interaction. The ground state wavefunctions and low lying excitations are given explicitly in the form of a Jastrow product of two body terms. This results motivates an asymptotic Bethe-ansatz for the model. We present evidence that this solution is in fact exact and spans the complete spectrum of states.

EXACT SOLUTIONS FOR QUANTUM THREE WAVE INTERACTION SYSTEM

Hongwei Zhao, Wu-Ming Liu, Yupeng Wang +1 more

The exact eigenstates of the Hamiltonian for a quantum three wave interaction system are constructed by using the Bethe ansatz. The Bethe-ansatz equations are obtained from the periodic boundary conditions.

Nested algebraic Bethe ansatz for deformed orthogonal and symplectic spin chains

Allan John Gerrard, Vidas Regelskis

We construct exact eigenvectors and eigenvalues for Uq(sp2n)- and Uq(so2n)-symmetric closed spin chains by means of a nested algebraic Bethe ansatz method. We use a fusion procedure to construct higher-dimensional Lax operators. Our approach generalises and extends the results obtained by Reshetikhin and De Vega–Karowski. We also present a generalisation of Tarasov–Varchenko trace formula for nested Bethe vectors.
