QUANTUM ENTANGLEMENT OF THREE ATOMS INDUCED BY FOCK STATE

Abstract

In this paper, we study the quantum entanglement of three two-level atoms under the action of Fock state of a single-mode quantized radiation field. Milburn model is considered. Concurrence of the two atoms is given explicitly. As is expected, because of the intrinsic decoherence, Concurrence comes to a stationary value. A rule is summarized between this value and entanglement sudden death. As for the potential measurement of multi-particle entanglement, spin squeezing parameter is calculated.

In the consideration of Milburn model of intrinsic decoherence,we investigate the entanglement between two two-level atoms interacting with a Fock state of single-mode quantized radiation field. The reduced density matrix of the atom system is given explicitly.Due to the intrinsic decoherence, the entanglement of the atoms will decrease as the evolution of the system. And finally, the atoms system will approach a stationary state which the stationary entanglement depends on the initial states of the field and the atoms. Here, the entanglement is calculated by making use of the concurrence.

Entanglement of Two Atoms Induced by a Fock State of Radiation Field

Considering the intrinsic decoherence proposed by Milburn, we investigate the entanglement between two two-level atoms induced by a Fock state of single-mode quantized radiation field. The time-dependent reduced density matrix of the atoms system is given explicitly. Due to the intrinsic decoherence, the atoms system will approach a stationary state, where the stationary entanglement depends on the initial states of the field and the atoms.

Intrinsic decoherence of entanglement of a single quantized field interacting with a two-level atom

How the mean photon number, the probability of excited state and intrinsic decoherence coefficient influence the time evolution of entanglement is unknown, when a single-mode quantized optic field and a two-level atom coupling system is governed by Milburn equation. The Jaynes-Cummings model is considered.A lower bound of concurrence is proposed to calculate the entanglement.Simulation results indicate that the entanglement of system increases following the increasing of intrinsic decoherence coefficient or the decreasing of the mean photon number.Besides that, the entanglement of the system decreases, while the probability of the exited state increases from 0 to 0.1,and increases, while the probability of the exited state increases from 0.1 to 1.

Dynamics of three qubits interacting with electromagnetic field in a lossless cavity

Ekaterina Averchenko, Eugene K. Bashkirov

We investigated the entanglement dynamics in a quantum system consisting of three two-level atoms resonantly coupled to a single mode electromagnetic field. We considered the dynamics of the system under consideration for Fock and thermal initial cavity states. An explicit analytical solution of the system has been obtained and the entanglement has been studied with the help of the two-qubit negativity. It was also shown that for both initial cavity states the sudden death of two-qubit entanglement takes place.
