Cubic Quantum Security

Abstract

Quantum cryptography provides us new methods of securing the communications. As compared to classical cryptography, which implies different mathematical algorithms to secure the information, quantum cryptography focuses on the physical support of the information. The process of information transmission or stocking is realized by the intermediation of a physical support, for example the photons transmitted by optical fiber or the electrons from the electricity. Communication security can be regarded as securing the physical support of the carrier of the information - in our case the photons from the optical fiber. Consequently, how and what an attacker can find out depends exclusively on the laws of physics. The paper presents a symmetrical encryption method based on the method of mixture used by the rubik's cube.

A Secure Communication through Quantum Key Distribution Protocols

Quantum cryptography is a new method of communication offering the security of the inviolability by using Law of Nature.Quantum Cryptography uses different secure communication by applying the phenomena of quantum physics. Unlike traditional classical cryptography, which uses mathematical techniques to restrict eavesdroppers, quantum cryptography is focused on the properties of physics of light for information. Quantum cryptography depends only on the validity of quantum theory, i.e., it is guarantied directly by the laws of physics. This is a different from any classical cryptographic techniques. This paper summarizes the current state of quantum cryptography and provides potential extensions of its feasibility as a mechanism for securing existing communication systems.

QUANTUM CRYPTOGRAPHY: PRINCIPLES, PROBLEMS, AND PROSPECTS

Ілля Геннадійович Калюжний

Quantum cryptography is a relatively new but promising method for secure data transmission. Today it is believed that it can ensure the absolute secrecy of data, resulting from the principles of quantum physics, on which it is based, namely the uncertainty principle of quantum Heisenberg. According to this principle cannot measure any aspect of photons without distorting thus irrevocably different option. That is the recipient of a message knows when attempting invasion in this necessarily knows. To create a quantum communication channel often use fiber optic lines or open space in which carriers serve single photons or pairs of entangled photons are often used.Three tasks facing cryptography are:1. Ensuring the confidentiality of messages sent via open communication channels.2. Authentication messages that confirm the validity of the information received and sent.3. Installing intrusion in fact, if it took place.Given the importance of information security, quantum cryptography technology will soon be available not only banks or large corporations but also individuals. Leading IT companies are in search of optimum circuit solutions that would produce industrial equipment for the transmission of confidential information available for mass use. The main obstacles for implementation of quantum cryptography methods are short distances, which can transmit information with modern facilities, high cost and cumbersome equipment. To solve these problems prompted the idea of creating a hybrid air-fiber system using satellite communications is proposed. The use of artificial satellites for the transmission of photons through the air opens the possibility of secret key clients in any part of the Earth and even beyond. It is also appropriate to review the possibility of using existing telecommunication and electrical networks for the transmission of quantum keys. The ideas p presented in the paper, open new space for scientific experiments.

Quantum Cryptography, Quantum Communicatıon and Quantum Computing Problems and Solutions

Muharrem Tuncay Gençoğlu

The development of quantum technologies will open up new perspectives in the use of quantum algorithms, the creation and modeling of complex physical and biological systems, new physical methods of transmitting, receiving and processing information. In turn, this will give impetus to the development of a large number of applications in the scientific, technical, economic and social spheres of society. Quantum cryptography is a communication protection method based on certain phenomena of quantum physics. Unlike traditional cryptography, which uses mathematical methods to ensure the secrecy of information, quantum cryptography focuses on physics, where information is carried using objects of quantum mechanics. The process of sending and receiving is always carried out by physical means, for example using electrons in an electric current, or photons in fiber-optic communication lines. In this process, the current situation was determined and the problems encountered and the solution suggestions for these problems were tried to be addressed.

Quantum Cryptography is an approach to securing communications by applying the phenomena of quantum physics. Unlike traditional classical cryptography, which uses mathematical techniques to restrict eavesdroppers, quantum cryptography is focused on the physics of information. The security of these transmissions is based on the inviolability of the laws of quantum mechanics. The quantum cryptography relies on two important elements of quantum mechanics-the Heisenberg Uncertainty principle and the principle of photon polarization. This paper summarizes the current state of quantum cryptography and the real–world application implementation of this technology.

Quantum cryptography for secured communication networks

B. Muruganantham, P. Shamili, S. Ganesh Kumar +1 more

Quantum cryptography is a method for accessing data with the cryptosystem more efficiently. The network security and the cryptography are the two major properties in securing the data in the communication network. The quantum cryptography uses the single photon passing through the polarization of a photon. In Quantum Cryptography, it's impossible for the eavesdropper to copy or modify the encrypted messages in the quantum states in which we are sending through the optical fiber channels. Cryptography performed by using the protocols BB84 and B92 protocols. The two basic algorithms of quantum cryptography are Shor’s algorithm and the Grover’s’s algorithm. For finding the number of integer factorization of each photon, Shor’s algorithm is used. Grover’s’s algorithm used for searching the unsorted data. Shor’s algorithm overcomes RSA algorithm by high security. By the implementation of quantum cryptography, we are securing the information from the eavesdropper and thereby preventing data in the communication channel.
