Abstract

We suggest to realize the computer simulation and calculation by the algebraic structure built on the basis of the logic inherent to processes in physical systems (called physical computing). We suggest a principle for the construction of quantum algorithms of neuroinformatics of quantum neural networks. The role of academician Sahakyan is emphasized in the development of quantum physics in Armenia.

The teaching of physics is currently linked to the developments that occur in the field of computing; therefore, it cannot be ignored that new technologies are being developed from neural networks and evolving in terms of artificial intelligence. Physics has adopted these systems in order to be able to perform data processing, system analysis, image processing and signal classification in a more optimal way, which are applied in areas such as optics, astronomy, quantum mechanics, among others. In parallel, a relationship has been created between neural networks and quantum computing, for which this document seeks to investigate and delve into these structures and identify the links with quantum formalism. The established roadmap is developed from the construction and analysis of neural network algorithms, which are based on two main components, the activation functions and the self-regulation of statistical weights that structure the bases of machine learning, which allows multidisciplinary research between computational physics and quantum mechanics for the optimization and evolution of the concept of "classical" neural network, affirming to date the inexistence of a quantum system of the neural network, but the conceptual and mathematical association bases for the future development of the concept of the quantum neural network, in this way, based on the use of fundamental concepts of quantum mechanics, it is possible to blur the abstract nature of said physical theory and reflect the applicability in machine learning, a potential field for the development of artificial intelligence.

Quantum Circuit Construction for Cat and Dog Image Classification Based on Quantum Neural Network

Rui Fu, Guoqiang Lan

A quantum computer is a type of computer that uses the principles of quantum mechanics to perform calculations. Quantum computers are still in their early stages of development, but TensorFlow provides a library called TensorFlow Quantum (TFQ) for hybrid quantum classical machine learning. One of the models in quantum computing is the Quantum Neural Network (QNN). QNNs are derived from classical neural networks and are designed to handle quantum bits (qubits) and facilitate the transmission of quantum circuits. Quantum Neural Networks (QNNs) are machine learning models designed to use the principles of quantum mechanics for tasks such as image classification. They can process classical image data, but classical data cannot directly achieve superposition states, which is a key feature of quantum systems. Thus, the data must be readable and able to be appropriately input into quantum devices. QNN uses supervised learning methods to predict image data. A quantum neural network (QNN) using supervised learning was developed to classify images of cats and dogs. This implementation utilized quantum circuit simulation within the Python 3.7 programming environment.

Operations on Quantum Physical Artificial Neural Structures

Florian Neukart, Sorin-Aurel Morar

The advances that have been achieved in quantum computer science to date, slowly but steadily find their way into the field of artificial intelligence. Specifically the computational capacity given by quantum parallelism, resulting from the quantum linear superposition of quantum physical systems, as well as the entanglement of quantum bits seem to be promising for the implementation of quantum artificial neural networks. Within this elaboration, the required information processing from bit-level up to the computational neuroscience-level is explained in detail, based on the combined research in the fields of quantum physics and artificial neural systems.

Quantum Computations: Fundamentals And Algorithms

Steven Anatolievich Duplij, И.И. Шаповал

Basic concepts of quantum theory of information, principles of quantum calculations and the possibility of creation on this basis unique on calculation power and functioning principle device, named quantum computer, are briefly reviewed. The main blocks of quantum logic, schemes of implementation of quantum calculations, as well as some known today effective quantum algorithms, called to realize advantages of quantum calculations upon classical, are concerned. Among them special place is taken by Shor's algorithm of number factorization, Grover's algorithm of unsorted database search and, finally, the most promising in application methods of quantum phenomena simulation, particularly quantum chaos. The most perspective methods of experimental realization of quantum computer, namely nuclear-magnetic resonance and trapped ions realizations, are discussed. Phenomena of decoherence, its influence on quantum computer stability and methods of quantum error correction are described.

Predictive modeling based on proportional integral derivative neural networks and quantum computation

Dongxiang Nan, Yunsheng Zhang

Quantum Neural Networks (QNN) is a burgeoning new field built upon the combination of classical neural networks and quantum computations, which has many problems needed to solve. The predictive model of QNN is an issue that must be settled to develop QNN based on proportional integral derivative neural networks and quantum computation, which can be so called generalized quantum neural networks (GQNN). Firstly, we describe the theory of quantum computation and neural networks. Secondly, it can realize the algorithm of prediction to construct the modeling of generalized quantum neural networks for those complexity nonlinear systems. Finally, using an example explains the model of generalized quantum neural networks. The computational results shows that GQNN is more effective than conventional neural networks.
