Explicit representations of a single parabose operator

Abstract

Representations for a single parabose operator are found as operators over a Bargmann and over a Schrödinger or harmonic oscillator space. The equivalence of the two representations is proved by the construction of a unitary integral transform connecting them.

A bosonic realisation of the 1-D parabose oscillator

R. J. Cova

In the Fock space of two Bose operators all the representations of the 1-D Parabose oscillator are realised. States of (p+2n-1) bosons are shown to stand for states of n parabosons of order p.

(Heisenberg-)Weyl Algebras, Segal-Bargmann Transform and Representations of Poincaré Groups

Miloslav Havlíček, Jan Kotrbatý, Patrick Moylan +1 more

In a recent paper [1] we described a novel treatment of the unitary irreducible representations of the Poincaré groups in 2, 3 and 4 space-time dimensions as unitary operators on the representation spaces of the Schrödinger representation of the Heisenberg-Weyl algebra of index r = 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Here we relate this approach to the usual method of describing the representations of these Poincaré groups, i.e. the Wigner-Mackey construction.

The q-Deformed Oscillator Representations and Their Coherent States of the su(1, 1) Algebra

We present various oscillator representations of the q-deformed su(1,1) algebra such as the Holstein-Primakoff, the Dyson, the Fock-Bargmann, the anyonic, and the parabose oscillator representations and discuss their coherent states with the resolution of unity. 1.

The relativistic Bargmann transform

V. Aldaya, Julio Guerrero

An integral transformation generalizing the Bargmann transform is established among two sets of wavefunctions associated with the configuration and Bargmann-Fock-Segal-like representations of a relativistic harmonic oscillator. The time-independent configuration-space wavefunctions are also studied and the lack of unitarity occurring when factorizing the time dependence of the wavefunction is solved by modifying the scalar product.

Eigenstates of Paraparticle Creation Operators

Jing, S, Nelson, C A

Eigenstates of the parabose and parafermi creation operators are constructed. In the Dirac contour representation, the parabose eigenstates correspond to the dual vectors of the parabose coherent states. In order $p=2$, conserved-charge parabose creation operator eigenstates are also constructed. The contour forms of the associated resolutions of unity are obtained.

Conformal Transformation of the Schrödinger Equation for the Harmonic Oscillator into a Simpler Form

Ducharme, Robert J.

The Schrödinger equation and ladder operators for the harmonic oscillator are shown to simplify through the use of an isometric conformal transformation. These results are discussed in relation to the Bargmann representation. It is further demonstrated that harmonic interactions can be introduced into quantum mechanics as an imaginary component of time equivalent to adding the oscillator potential into the hamiltonian for the confined particle.
