Abstract

The approximate analytical solution of Schrodinger equation for Q-Deformed Rosen-Morse potential was investigated using Supersymmetry Quantum Mechanics (SUSY QM) method. The approximate bound state energy is given in the closed form and the corresponding approximate wave function for arbitrary l-state given for ground state wave function. The first excited state obtained using upper operator and ground state wave function. The special case is given for the ground state in various number of q. The existence of Rosen-Morse potential reduce energy spectra of system. The larger value of q, the smaller energy spectra of system.

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to determine energy spectra and wavefunction of schrodinger equation for q-deformed Rosen Morse plus non centraltrigonometric q-deformed Posch Teller potential and hyperbolic q-deformed Scarfplus Non central q-deformed Rosen Morse Trigonometric Potential using SUSY QMApproach. Actually, SUSY QM propose that the boson can change into fermion viceversa. However, the evidence of this phenomena does not exist in this world. Wittenproposed that SUSY must be broken. This SUSY theoretically can be solve most ofproblems in Quantum Mechanics. After the energy spectra and wave functionfounded, we will plot a graph simulation to understand the effect of potentials inenergy spectra and wave function of system. Keywords: Schrodinger Equation, q-Deformed Non-Central Shape InvariantPotential, and Supersymmetry of Quantum MechanicsABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan spektrum energi danfungsi gelombang persamaan Schrodinger untuk q-deformasi Rosen Morse ditambahnon sentral trigonometri q-deformasi Poschl Teller potensial dan hiperbolik q-cacatScarf ditambah Non pusat q-deformasi Rosen Morse trigonometri Potensimenggunakan SUSY Pendekatan QM. Analytical Solution of Dirac Equation for q-Deformed Hyperbolic Manning-Rosen Potential in D Dimensions using SUSY QM and its Thermodynamics'Application

C. Cari, Suparmi Suparmi, Mohtar Yunianto +1 more

The Dirac equation of q-deformed hyperbolic Manning Rosen potential in D dimension was solved by using Supersymmetric Quantum Mechanics (SUSY QM). The D dimensional relativistic energy spectra were obtained by using SUSY QM and shape invariant properties and D dimensional wave functions of q-deformed hyperbolic Manning Rosen potential were obtained by using the SUSY raising and lowering operators. In the nonrelativistic limit, the relativistic energy spectra for exact spin symmetry case reduced into nonrelativistic energy spectra and so for the wave functions. In the classical regime, the partition function, the vibrational specific heat, and the vibrational mean energy of some diatomic molecules were calculated from the non-relativistic energy spectra with the help of error function and imaginary error function.

Analytical bound-state solutions of the Schrödinger equation for the Manning–Rosen plus Hulthén potential within SUSY quantum mechanics

A. I. Ahmadov, Maria Naeem, M. V. Qocayeva +1 more

In this paper, the bound-state solution of the modified radial Schrödinger equation is obtained for the Manning–Rosen plus Hulthén potential by using new developed scheme to overcome the centrifugal part. The energy eigenvalues and corresponding radial wave functions are defined for any [Formula: see text] angular momentum case via the Nikiforov–Uvarov (NU) and supersymmetric quantum mechanics (SUSY QM) methods. Thanks to both methods, equivalent expressions are obtained for the energy eigenvalues, and the expression of radial wave functions transformations to each other is presented. The energy levels and the corresponding normalized eigenfunctions are represented in terms of the Jacobi polynomials for arbitrary [Formula: see text] states. A closed form of the normalization constant of the wave functions is also found. It is shown that, the energy eigenvalues and eigenfunctions are sensitive to [Formula: see text] radial and [Formula: see text] orbital quantum numbers.

Analytical Solutions of the Schrödinger Equation for the Manning-Rosen plus Hulthén Potential Within SUSY Quantum Mechanics

A. I. Ahmadov, Maria Naeem, M. V. Qocayeva +1 more

In this paper, the bound state solution of the modified radial Schrödinger equation is obtained for the Manning-Rosen plus Hulthén potential by implementing the novel improved scheme to surmount the centrifugal term. The energy eigenvalues and corresponding radial wave functions are defined for any l ≠ 0 angular momentum case via the Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) and supersymmetric quantum mechanics (SUSYQM) methods. By using these two different methods, equivalent expressions are obtained for the energy eigenvalues, and the expression of radial wave functions transformations to each other is demonstrated. The energy levels are worked out and the corresponding normalized eigenfunctions are represented in terms of the Jacobi polynomials for arbitrary l states. A closed form of the normalization constant of the wave functions is also found. It is shown that, the energy eigenvalues and eigenfunctions are sensitive to nr radial and l orbital quantum numbers.

Relativistic Treatment of Spinless Particles Subject to aq-Deformed Morse Potential

Sami Ortakaya

The approximate analytical solutions of the Klein—Gordon equation with equal scalar and vector q-deformed Morse potential are presented for arbitrary ℓ-states by using Laplace integral transform. The energy eigenvalues and corresponding wave functions are obtained for n and ℓ values. In this study, in the non-relativistic limit c → ∞ , it has been also provided that the energy eigenfunctions for Klein—Gordon system turn into those for Schrödinger one.
