Abstract

Exploring the shareability and distribution of entanglement possesses fundamental significance in quantum information tasks. In this paper, we demonstrate that the square of bipartite entanglement measures $G_q$-concurrence, which is the generalization of concurrence, follows a set of hierarchical monogamy relations for any $N$-qubit quantum state. On the basis of these monogamy inequalities, we render two kinds of hierarchical indicators that exhibit evident advantages in the capacity of witnessing entanglement. Moreover, we show an analytical relation between $G_q$-concurrence and concurrence in $2\otimes d$ systems. Furthermore, we rigorously prove that the monogamy property of squared $G_q$-concurrence is superior to that of squared concurrence in $2\otimes d_2\otimes d_3\otimes\cdots\otimes d_N$ systems. In addition, several concrete examples are provided to illustrate that for multilevel systems, the squared $G_q$-concurrence satisfies the monogamy relation, even if the squared concurrence does not. These results better reveal the intriguing characteristic of multilevel entanglement and provide critical insights into the entanglement distribution within multipartite quantum systems.

In this paper, we study the monogamy inequality of Tsallis $q$-entropy entanglement. We first provide an analytic formula of Tsallis $q$-entropy entanglement in two-qubit systems for $\frac{5\ensuremath{-}\sqrt{13}}{2}\ensuremath{\le}q\ensuremath{\le}\frac{5+\sqrt{13}}{2}.$ The analytic formula of Tsallis $q$-entropy entanglement in $2\ensuremath{\bigotimes}d$ system is also obtained and we show that Tsallis $q$-entropy entanglement satisfies a set of hierarchical monogamy equalities. Furthermore, we prove the squared Tsallis $q$-entropy entanglement follows a general inequality in the qubit systems. Based on the monogamy relations, a set of multipartite entanglement indicators is constructed, which can detect all genuine multiqubit entangled states even in the case of $N$-tangle vanishes. Moreover, we study some examples in multipartite higher-dimensional system for the monogamy inequalities.

Multipartite monogamy of entanglement for three qubit states

Priyabrata Char, Dipayan Chakraborty, Prabir Kumar Dey +4 more

Abstract The distribution of entanglement in a multiparty system can be described by the principle of monogamy. Monogamy is a fundamental characteristic of entanglement that restricts its distribution among more than two parties. In this work, our aim is to explore how quantum entanglement is distributed in accordance with monogamy relations, which utilize both genuine multipartite entanglement measures and bipartite entanglement measures. Specifically, we treat the source entanglement or the accessible entanglement as genuine multipartite entanglement measures and use the entanglement of formation for bipartite cases. For GHZ class states, we analytically demonstrate that the square of the source entanglement serves as an upper bound for the sum of the squares of the entanglement of formation of the reduced subsystems, with some exceptions in specific non-generic GHZ states. We will also present numerical evidence supporting this result for W-class states. In addition, we also explore the monogamy relationship by using accessible entanglement as an upper bound. Our analysis reveals an opposite but consistent pattern in the behavior of monogamy depending on whether source entanglement or accessible entanglement is used as the upper bound. This pattern emphasizes the dual nature of these two measures.

Monogamy relation of multi-qubit systems for squared Tsallis-q entanglement

Guang-Ming Yuan, Wei Song, Ming Yang +3 more

Tsallis-q entanglement is a bipartite entanglement measure which is the generalization of entanglement of formation for q tending to 1. We first expand the range of q for the analytic formula of Tsallis-q entanglement. For , we prove the monogamy relation in terms of the squared Tsallis-q entanglement for an arbitrary multi-qubit systems. It is shown that the multipartite entanglement indicator based on squared Tsallis-q entanglement still works well even when the indicator based on the squared concurrence loses its efficacy. We also show that the μ-th power of Tsallis-q entanglement satisfies the monogamy or polygamy inequalities for any three-qubit state.

Tighter Monogamy Relations for Concurrence and Negativity in Multiqubit Systems

Yuan-Hong Tao, Kai Zheng, Zhi‐Xiang Jin +1 more

The entanglement in multipartite quantum system is hard to characterize and quantify, although it has been intensively studied in bipartite systems. The monogamy of entanglement, as a special property of multipartite systems, shows the distribution of entanglement in the system. In this paper, we investigate the monogamy relations for multi-qubit systems. By using two entangled measures, namely the concurrence C and the negativity Nc, we establish tighter monogamy inequalities for their α-th power than those in all the existing ones. We also illustrate the tightness of our results for some classes of quantum states.

The monogamy relations characterize the distribution of quantum correlations among the multipartite quantum systems. We study the monogamy relations of the entanglement of assistance in $2\otimes 2\otimes d$ systems. We present explicitly the relations satisfied by the concurrence, the tangle and the concurrence of assistance, which can be used to derive rigorous monogamy relations. Detailed examples are given to illustrate our results.

Tighter monogamy inequalities of multiqubit entanglement

Abstract Multipartite entanglement holds great importance in quantum information processing. The distribution of entanglement among subsystems can be characterized by monogamy relations. Based on the βth power of concurrence and negativity, we provide two new monogamy inequalities. Through detailed examples, we demonstrate that these inequalities are tighter than previous results.
