Hybrid Quantum-Classical Simulation System: A Generalized LLM-Inspired Framework

Stieve, Jonathan

We present a hybrid quantum-classical simulation framework inspired by the architectural principles of large language models (LLMs). This system integrates offline engines, cloud-based orchestration, and multi-user synchronization to perform high-performance scientific simulations, including quantum-classical state evolution, harmonic resonance analysis, and RNA repair modeling. By adapting LLM concepts such as embeddings, iterative feedback loops, and layered processing, we extend their application beyond natural language to dynamic scientific computation. The framework supports reproducible simulations, real-time state aggregation, and scalable collaboration, offering a generalized architecture for hybrid computation research and applied scientific workflows.

Quantum-Aware Large Language Models: Taxonomy, Architectures, and Future Applications

Reyhan Dede

The convergence of quantum computing and large language models (LLMs) represents a major milestone in computational intelligence, introducing novel paradigms for information processing, complexity modeling, and scientific advancement. This survey provides a comprehensive overview of the emerging interdisciplinary field that integrates quantum mechanics with natural language processing. We begin by presenting the foundational principles of quantum computing and LLMs, then examine their integration through automated quantum code generation, hybrid transformer architectures, and quantum natural language processing (QNLP) frameworks. State-of-the-art models, such as quantum-augmented attention mechanisms and circuit embedding strategies, are evaluated across domain-specific datasets and benchmarks. We also investigate the role of LLMs as quantum research assistants, educational tools, and simulation agents, particularly in resource-constrained environments. Furthermore, the survey explores challenges related to scalability, interpretability, and quantum data encoding, and outlines future research directions-especially the vision for fully quantum-native LLMs. Our goal is to guide researchers through the current landscape and to encourage continued exploration at the intersection of quantum technologies and advanced language models.

Large language models (LLMs), based on deep learning techniques, are trained on vast amounts of textual data and possess the ability to understand and generate natural language. They have found widespread application in tasks such as machine translation, text generation, and question answering. This work proposes a novel approach for code-level quantum circuit generation using LLM. By fine-tuning existing LLM, we enable it to generate quantum circuit code tailored to user specifications, offering an efficient and high-performance solution for quantum circuit design. Simulation results demonstrate that this method achieves high accuracy in generating quantum circuit codes with only a small set of training data. This work provides a new perspective on quantum circuit design. It highlights the potential of LLMs in quantum programming and algorithm automation, laying the foundation for future research and practical applications in quantum artificial intelligence.
