Research on Quantum Simulation System: Ultracold Atom Simulation and Integrated Photonic Simulation

Zheng Li, Chenxi Shi, Yuan Yang +1 more

With the development of quantum physics, quantum simulation technology has become more mature and has many applications in real life. This paper introduces two methods of quantum simulation: ultracold atom simulation and integrated photonic simulation. First, ultracold simulation is easy to observe and highly manageable, and its experimental results often agree with the theory. Besides these, it also has limitations. Thus, how to surpass the general theoretical simulation is essential in the future. Then for integrated quantum photonics, it is easy to manufacture, available at room temperature and allows long simulations with a high degree of experimental control. With a few components optimized, large-scale quantum photonic circuits with many photons can likely become a reality in the coming decade.

Focus on quantum simulation

Tobias Schaetz, Chris Monroe, Tilman Esslinger

The endeavour to control increasingly larger systems of particles at the quantum level is a natural goal, and will be a driving force for the physical sciences in the coming decades. The control of a many-body system at the highest level possible can indeed be regarded as the ultimate form of engineering. Within this general research avenue, building quantum simulators and performing experimental quantum simulations will play a key role. A quantum simulator is a promising candidate to become the first application of quantum information science reaching beyond classical limitations [ 1 ], since the requirements on the number of quantum particles and fidelities of operations are predicted to be substantially relaxed compared to that envisioned for a universal quantum computer. This issue forms an extensive open-access resource spanning the various areas of experimental quantum simulation, from its relation to quantum information processing to its potential use for different applications.

Actual Method of determining Time Traveling in Past and Simulation

Gaurangkumar Girishbhai Patel

People and Scientists spend decades checking Time travelling is possible or not. Yes, travelling in future is possible and proved many ways but when it comes to traveling in Past people start discussing Quantum level, or in simulation and try to prove with formulas. Moreover, it's the same whether we are in simulation or not. However, I am going to tell the actual method to check if it's possible or not. I am using radioactive atom or the Muon to check instead of Theory or Formula. It will open gates for actual practical approach to check that we are in simulation or time traveling possible in the past.
