Vision Towards Quantum Humanities: An Architecture of a Holistic QML Environment

Johanna Barzen

The benefits of using classical computers in the humanities has been proven by the establishment of the digital humanities. Recently, quantum computers reached a state in which advantages can be realized in certain use cases. E.g., initial feasibility studies in the humanities have shown that some advantages can already be achieved, and much more can be expected, especially in applying quantum machine learning. But building quantum applications requires a deep understanding of mathematics, quantum algorithms and programming that cannot be expected by humanists. Consequently, they cannot explore potentially promising applications or apply concrete potentials of quantum algorithms. The proposed architecture and method aim at exactly this, enabling (digital) humanists to easily build their own quantum applications in the focus area of quantum machine learning to allow a broad use and critical evaluation of the potentials of quantum algorithms for humanities research.

A research on quantum digital signatures

Haoxuan Duan

This paper provides an overview of the basic principles, types, recent works, and applications of quantum digital signatures. The security of traditional digital signature schemes is compromised by the rise of quantum computing, leading to a need for post-quantum cryptography. Quantum digital signatures, which rely on the principles of quantum mechanics, offer a potential solution to this problem. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of quantum digital signatures and post-quantum digital signatures. The paper introduces the basic principles of quantum mechanics, then explains key distribution in quantum digital signatures. The paper then provides a detailed description of both quantum and post-quantum digital signatures, including their differences and applications. Finally, the paper summarizes the main findings in the field, highlights potential future directions, and discusses challenges that humans must address. In addition, the paper examines the widespread applications of quantum digital signatures and post-quantum digital signatures in various fields such as Bitcoin, smart city blockchain, and finance. Finally, the paper summarizes the key findings in the field, highlighting potential future directions and discussing challenges that humans must address. Overall, this paper aims to provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of quantum digital signatures and post-quantum digital signatures and their applications in various domains.

Microcosmic study of digital human body-dispersion in quantum human body

BI Si-wen

Surrounding the microcosmic field of digital human body, the dispersion of quantum human body was developed to study in this paper. The main contents are the collision process and dispersion section of quantum human body, the plastic dispersion (divided-wave method) in central force field of quantum human body, the dispersion produced by rectangular potential well and potential barrier of quantum human body, the Boen approximation, the centroid coordinate and laboratory coordinate of quantum human body. It provided theoretical and experimental gists for the microcosmic study of digital human body. [
